I’ve been to CO countless times and I always recommend them to friends and co-workers. However, this last visit was the worst, and I’m only giving them 2 stars because the food was good! I was with a party of 4 we came around 5:30 pm and we didn’t get our food until almost 7pm. The waiter told us 3-4 times that our food was coming and they finally brought one dish out and it was cold! I honestly think the kitchen forgot about us because several tables that arrived after us received their food and were leaving by the time we got our food. I spoke with the manager and it was pointless because she didn’t seem to care at all. It’ll probably be awhile before I visit again.
Tried to eat here today. After ordering and waiting approximately 30 minutes for one sushi roll and ahi tacos stack, we were told they were out of sushi rice! OUT of SUSHI RICE? Do they know what kind of restaurant they are? And after we waited 30 minutes for our lunch at 1pm! I think this place has really gone downhill since it opened. Won’t be returning.

Waiters were nice, but food was very disappointing. I ordered three items. Sashimi was ok. Vietnamese sandwich was pretty bad. Pho soup was the worst. One good thing is that this location was open fairly late and had cute interior design of their dining room. Overall I spent about $60, but I would have probably been better off going to Panda Express.
I really don't know what happened to this place. But a few years ago. It was the spot to go too. Great vibe with music playing. Good food. Always packed. Now.... vibe is gone. Food is horrible. I really hope something can happen to turn it around to being the old CO. But from my recent visit. I will not be going back.
Great atmosphere. Unfortunately ramen here is nothing like an authentic ramen.
I discovered CO a few years ago, after the constant crowd of people slowed down in their first few months open, and it has since become a go-to spot of mine when I'm in the mood for asian fusion. The vibe of the space is very modern and interesting with a fabulous wooden design element bursting from the bar area like a tree. If it's busy, the service can be hit-or-miss as to be expected, but usually I'm quite happy if I dine in. Most of the time though I order take out. The sushi rolls are great, as are a number of the appetizers depending on what you are in the mood for, but my favorite thing on the menu is the Curry Laksa - it is sooo flavorful and a great combination of ramen/pho and traditional Indian flavors. I always have leftovers, also! Definitely a great place to enjoy either lunch or dinner!
Arrived at around 5-5:30pm, on a Monday, and was astounded at the speed of service. The food was phenomenal.
Update: went back again with some guests. I was embarrassed to have brought people here and raved about the restaurant. I don’t know what’s changed but the restaurant is dirty, and no longer has the good atmosphere. Even our meals were disappointing! Then add the lack of service (oh and the flies!) we will not be returning. —————— Always happy with every dish I have tried. Service is usually pretty good, but had a couple times where it could be much better. The infused sake are a must try!
Our 1st time. Drive 45 min to try it out. Atmosphere was calming. lighting was lacking to see menus. Portion size was decent for pricing now a days. Food had nice flavors. but too saucy, amount of carbs in dishes did not balance out with the sauce, and way too salty. One of the entree we ordered the vermicelli was undercooked. The manager attempted to make it right by remaking the entree and took it off our bill, hence the 4 star rating for effort.
Floor very sticky as if not mopped in ages. Waiter extremely nice however Staff that brings food to the table inconsiderate. Staff brought us food without taking away several plates that were empty after clearly seeing us trying to make room for food they were bringing. My poke bowl was missing several ingredients but they were so busy I didn't care to have it corrected and wait longer.
One of my new favorites in Charlotte! The blossom and jersey rolls were excellent.
First of all , not sure if this is a true Vietnamese Restaurant or not. Second of all, Look at the cilantro, how dirty it is. Its completely spoiled and not washed. Just imagine how fresh the other ingredients will be and last the cost —- totally unworthy.
This place has AMAZING FOOD!!!
Prices aren't exactly great for what you get...the food, drinks, and service are good, though. Bartender was a good dude!
Been here multiple times as a party of 4, when friends joined us as a party of six, the front end manager told us that it would be a 35 minute wait. 90 minutes later we were seated. At one hour we wondered why we weren't offered a four and two person table? Co has 3 tables designated for larger CT parties, without a time limit. The host placed a party of four, in one of these in tables, 90 minutes later they sat there. When we finally were seated some of our main courses arrived one at the time, even before the appetizer. We always tip the wait staff for good service, I hope they don't have to share it with a stupid host.
Best Pad Thai I have ever had. Excellent service in a nice setting.
Spicy pho was delicious I added some shrimp into it and it was the best pho I’ve ever tried , if u like spicy food I recommend u getting this.
I visit this place and the atmosphere and food was just what I needed.. I loved everything about this place and would definitely be back soon on my next visit to North Carolina..
I want to start off by saying their pad thai is REALLY good! I ventured out a little and tried the curry and I was not a fan but that’s subjective. Overall I think this place is great! I’ll probably try some other things on the menus and come back and re-rate!
