Love the coffee and the baristas were super sweet and friendly!
Over priced hot beverages and weird tasting baked goods. I just purchased their cranberry orange scone and it tasted like it was made days ago. I came back to exchange it and learned that they store there foods in these plastic bins confirming why I wasn't getting the freshest quality. I knew I wasn't crazy with the "plastic storage" taste and rubbery texture those scones/muffins were giving out to me. After the exchange hoping for a better experience, I had what was called a banana nut muffin with nutella. Guess what, the nutella was cooked into the center of the muffin, I'm thinking hey don't knock it until you try it. Taste and appearance was a 1/5 shown on the image 😣 Very sad and disappointed I've passed by this drive through for over a yr since it opened, I really had high hopes but glad I could say I at least gave it a try, just not coming back. Suggestion, FIFO practices needs srs revamp!
soooo good !! i had the maui macchiato and it was so yummy & not too strong at all ! it was the perfect blend of flavoring and coffee itself :-) i cant wait to try more from the menu!
The staff is always so friendly and drinks are made fast! Burr & Berry is a regular part of my routine and I highly recommend!
They have amazing flavors for their coffee syrups. And TONS of great sugar free options!!
Baristas were a bit awkward which is fine, not everyone is a natural people person. However the chubby bunny coffee, a cold brew that is, lacked any true flavor. I will say the prices are not bad considering nearby competitors.

My daughter recently moved to the Southside area of Charlotte and it is loaded with so many options for food. Unfortunately after two visits I tried several local coffee places and did not enjoy any. Then I finally went to Burr & Berry and I finally found my coffee go to when I'm in Charlotte. I simply want a strong dark roast espresso with smoky and chocolate notes. This place delivered. In addition they are a small place but have a full coffee menu. I went twice and and loved both visits. Added bonus you get a chocolate covered coffee bean that is delicious and definitely made for the coffee lovers! See y'all in a couple of months. 🥰

Everyone here is always so nice and always greets with a smile. Especially today! Victoria noticed I️ wasn’t having the best day and made sure I️ didn’t Leave without a smile. Never a bad experience and NEVER a bad cup of coffee; hot or iced!

I have been coming since September and I love this place!!! I come quite often. I get the chubby bunny frozen more than most of the drinks. The girls are amazing, not all but most!! I’ve noticed that my drinks are not tasting the same as they did when I first start coming. It’s still good but it’s something that’s a little off. And around the inside of the cup is what extra caramel looks like…
Every time I come to this location I am greeted with the friendliest girl. The coffee is amazing, but the workers make it worth it. The coffee is reasonably priced, it tastes great, and there are many options. Service is fast, and today while having a pretty bad few days, visiting this location made me happy.
This place is great. Fast, friendly, and most importantly their coffee is one the best in Charlotte. I keep coming here for a reason!
