Sadly disappointed. Concept is awesome. Watching staff dump 40+ bags of snacks into a trash bag at the end of shift makes me wonder if the franchise owner is aware of this waste/theft. So unnecessary. Sadly - tainted my opinion of this company…
Pretty good for airport food! Reasonably priced, tasty, probably had some nutrients unlike most other options. Had the chicken salad croissant and the spinach feta friand and would get those again when my flight's delayed.
Had to throw away 2 coffees as they tasted horrible.
Try the ham and cheese croissant! I was in the Charlotte airport and my next flight was in the E gate area. I checked the dining options and walked past many other places to see what Brioche Doree was about (never heard of it). I was pleasantly surprised! My croissant was light, crispy, and delicious! The lunchmeat and cheese was FRESH. Only thing I'd say is there was stone ground mustard inside the sandwich and I didn't know it until I bit in. (it was delicious too though!) The woman behind the counter worked tirelessly and took care of many customers gracefully (this was a Thursday around 3pm). She offered to toast my sandwich and I declined, but next time I'll try it AND the coffee (and take a pastry to go!).
Fast, courteous, great variety, fresh.., several patrons and airport personnel were waiting for the gates to open
I waited for 10 minutes before either of the employees acknowledged my existence. & the woman who did notice me was so rude that I literally walked away instead of getting coffee. An absolutely awful experience. I should have just gone to Starbucks in the first place.

Good food, shame the staff could care less…. Asked what time they opened, shoulder shrug, music was so loud staff couldn’t hear the orders and you couldn’t hear the staff! Snapped at several customers because the staff couldn’t hear them due to the music! Very sad
Opens late way after posted open time
How do you run out of breakfast food before the first flight of the day takes off?!? Despite the extensive & appetizing menu, we settled for an anorexic bagel & a berry/yogurt parfait.
Rude service
Literally some of the rudest people I've even dealt with in customer service. I watched the woman behind the counter be extremely rude to sn elderly lady and the woman pushing her wheelchair. It was clear she couldn't understand what they were saying but hello lady, they have masks on unlike you who has yours drooping below your chin. I told her what sandwich I wanted and then she asked me if I wanted it toasted and I clearly said no and shook my head in case she didn't hear. Clearly she was still triggered by the customer ahead of me because she then handed me a warm sandwich. I waited to give it back to the lady at the cash register because I really didn't want to deal with that woman. Well the lady at the register handed it back to her and then proceeded to go off on me telling me I asked for a toasted sandwich and said I clearly said "yuuup" with an overdramatic head nod. I responded by telling her I did not ask for it toasted, the people in front of me did and she had me confused. She kept running her rude mouth and I paid and walked away. Just awful. I get it, covid had been terrible on business and travel but nobody deserved to be treated like that.
Coffee is not good, employee was confused between americano and iced coffee.. rude very rude staff making coffee nasty service
Line of at least 20 people , yelled at by employees saying we are closed ; we won’t be serving you. ( posted hours were to close at 8pm ) I guess they don’t want to actually make money here
Not sure why everyone else got bad service. The 2 guys there were polite. They didn't bust out in song and dance, but it's an airport fast food joint, not Emeril's Delmonico. Got a pizza and a 20oz drink. Again... about what you'd expect for $10. Service was quick too!
Not sure if they have new employees but we did not have the same experience as many others have complained about. The frappe machine was broke, they did not have soup but because I wasn't rude neither were they. My cold coffee was good, better than Starbucks! Husband said his pizza was typical fast food pizza.
Extremely rude and uncalled for behaviour from the employees. I walked away appalled at how they treated customers. Both of them are in need of some major customer service training/need to be fired. The lady warming the food did not have her mask on correctly, the gentleman at register was not wearing a mask at all. Hope someone from the corporate office is reading this, doesn't seem to be an isolated incident.
I don’t know what you guys are doing in terms of cleaning but this morning at the opening, I saw a tiny mouse poke its head out from a hole underneath the display table. Absolutely disgusting. Please get some pest control.
So happy to find a few healthier options in the airport! The bistro tossed salad was a great size & had fresh mixed greens with fruit & nuts. Mediterranean chicken salad was delicious! The Turkey Swiss & cranberry sandwich stole the show tho! So yummy
