Good bubble tea
Great frozen yogurt bar!!
Ice cream was old tasting and i found a bug leg in my cone.
I am very disappointed because we normally love this place, but I am so mad after today and will not be going back anytime soon! The gentleman that owns the shop is so nice and we've always had a great experience with him! Now, there's a lady who works there as well and is alwaysss rude! Today, I ordered 2 Taro boba teas, and she asked me if I wanted the "classic." I just replied, yes, that I would like the regular taro boba tea! I waited 20 whole minutes for literally 2 drinks with 2 kids waiting and got the wrong flavor (that was very yucky)! These things happen, so I just explained very nicely that there must have been a misunderstanding because it wasn't taro flavored. She yelled at me, denied a replacement, refund, or even adding a little taro flavor to my current drink! The drinks were just too yucky to stomach without getting a belly ache, so I had to just throw them in the garbage on my way out. It was $12, I lost 20 minutes of my life, and as a customer, I got yelled at! I'm very sorry to leave a review like this, but I am seriously so upset! I really hope they can work this out because they are going to lose more customers...
Frozen yogurt is delicious.
This is the 2nd time we went out of our way. The Internet says there open, they were not😟
Order a fruit Bubble Tea, a specialty salad with your selection of proteins & toppings on a bed of warm rice, a frozen yogurt dish of wonderful-ness and your choice of fun toppings...take the kids & relatives here for a fun,quick,healthy meal. It has a bright inside dining area and also an outside dining space in the summer...go visit & enjoy this little dining establishment! We visit here often!
Nice, clean. froyo a little expensive but so many toppings to choose from.
Took forever for someone to take our orders no one acknowledge us not even a hello food was given to us one item at time!!

Since I moved out of NY I keep thinking of this place, can't find anything like it down here in AL. Best selection you can get out of this type of restaurant. Poke bowls were my favorite and the staff ALWAYS had time for each customer busy or not.
Not sure how I feel about the food here. Me and my fiance got sick when we got the Poke Bowls. I'm sure their desserts are fine because bubble tea is trendy, but I felt incredibly sick everytime I have a poke bowl with sashimi in it. I know this area is not known for having raw fish easily imported since I come from a family of sushi chefs. There's also so many menu items that these ingredients may be sitting for days

Their poke bowls are absolutely amazing- I think they really give you a lot for your money, they really pack your bowl with all the goodies you want! Not to mention their rice is amazing, idk how they do it but it is heavenly- keep up the good work :)
Wow!! Just tried the vegetable & rice noodle soup and also the shrimp dumplings! It was AWESEOME! Five star all the way!!
We LOVE the boba teas here. Taro milk tea with tapioca pearls is my absolute favorite.
We went today. They open all season. Had my first Boba tea and will be returning very soon. The Asian cuisine offered is delicious
They should put their sign that says where to wait for your order at a better spot where ppl can see it right away... OR the employees could point people where to wait right away instead of waiting til the area around the register clogs up before pointing ppl where to go. I really appreciate that they don't have JUST bubble tea as I'm not big into that overrated stuff, lol! Really enjoyed my time here w friends tho.

Hey, maybe instead of having people wait for a single red paste bun, hire more people. We were waiting for 20 minutes, the boba isn’t as chewy as I’d thought it’d be and has more of a consistency of a gumdrop.
