Sorry to say that this place has gone downhill. I've tried several times giving it another chance. This last time we met some family there. It was their choice to go because I've had terrible experiences the last couple of times. Food was over $120 before tip for 2 very soupy pizzas, 20 wings, and 5 drinks. The woman checking us out was slightly rude at first. Then she chilled out but seemed to be very distracted as we had to repeat our order several times and she still forgot half our wings and ranch dip which you have to pay for even with an order of wings. The wings were $19 for 10 wings, and the meat was tough. We ordered 20 or so, we thought. When the food came up, there were only 10 wings for 7 people, so I had to place another order for 10 more and wait for them to make another batch. There was only 1 other table while we were there, so it's not like they were slammed. I could go on and on about previous experiences, but I'm sad to say we won't be trying it again.
I've been going here for years. I love the food. New York thin style pizza.... 😎 subs are amazing also
However the food is always amazing! The customer service is horrible! We came in at 6:30, we are told we close in a half hour just so you are aware. I said ok thank you! As we are eating 4 more customers come in and they turn them away and tell them they are no longer making food! As a previous manager of 2 pizza places, we served customers until we actually closed! If you came in one minute before we closed you were served!
Poor service and pizza was awful.
Place has gone down hill !!!! Screwed up 3/4 of my order. Cold food and incorrect toppings. Called and they told me that’s just how it is. Terrible serve.
This was the first time I have gone to this location for renna’s pizza normally I go to the mall location. I ordered two XL pizza’s and the cheese pizza looked like this(picture 1) an was cold as well, the other pizza was a ham and cheese pizza(picture 2)and had maybe 3 small pieces of ham on the whole pizza may as well of been a cheese pizza. The pizza was cold, burnt, an dry as of it was a leftover pizza that they tried to just reheat. First an last time I ever go to this location. Renna’s pizza has never been the same since the passing of Kenny he was the glue that made renna’s pizza so good since then Renna’s pizza has been poor an tastes like garbage. I hope this location an the mall location get it correct soon because this was pathetic.
The 🍕 pizza is always delicious. Consequently, we always make it a point to stop, when we are in Olean. And, the food comes out quicker than the Fast Food Restaurants!
After ordering $47 in food for dine in and asking if it was ok to dine in with 30 minutes till closing time and being told yes thats fine we got a table and the cook made a rude remark of and they park it we got up and left after that every time i come to olean i always stop there for food after this incident i wont be returning
What happened to Rene’s pizza!??? Not at all like the pizza I used to get. Also order was not correct. Ordered olives and banana peppers. Get home. No olives and like one banana pepper on each slice!! Tell me to bring it back after driving home 40 minutes away! Will not order from there again. Pizza was disgusting!!
I have dreams of the pizza. Close to my home town...this is how pizza should be. I would advocate for one to come up towards Wyoming County. Words can't express how delish it is. They been around for a long damn time and been doing it right the entire time. They do have two locations in Olean...I usually go to the original place in the "mall".
I don’t eat meat so I asked them to use a clean pizza cutter to cut the pizza so there’s no cross contamination. “We don’t have a clean cutter” A pizza place with no clean cutter, NICE!
Love rennas and mio gelatos very much however they could be making A LOT more money if they waited to clean the lemonade machine till AFTER the close!!! Love their lemonade however it's 6pm and I can't get lemonade due to them taking care of it for the night they close at 6:45 pm sooo it seems ridiculous to me that they would do that especially because it's a pretty popular drink there !!! Highly recommend it when and if you can get it!
I'm definitely a fan of everything they have to offer here. From the pizza, chicken wings, and dessert options it's hard to make a decision it's all so delicious. I would without a doubt recommend anyone and everyone. Easy 5 stars on food alone.
First time it was great every employee was so nice
It was FREEZING in there. Had to keep my coat on during dinner and wish I had a hat. Pizza was ok, dough seemed different since last time I was there. Wings were nice and crisp and well sauced.
I didn't mind waiting for the food but the guy who was making the pizza's lost his lid everytime the phone rang and a new order came through. He swore every time. Not exactly a healthy environment to be waiting for my food.
Crust was soggy and undercooked, not what I was used to expect from Renna's.
I've been coming here for years and love the pizza but the past few times the crust was sooo thick and the pizza was more just "crust" . I loved the thinner crust that they used to have!
Pizza was ok sub was good. The pizza does not taste the same something is different last two times I have had pizza here. On another note doesn't seam like the place is being taken care of.
Pizza soggy, cheese fell off, no sauce. But the crust.. the crust would make me buy another slice
