We had the tie-dye waffle and a pandan. I really liked the waffle--it's like a spin on traditional Vietnamese dessert but in the waffle form so greatly enjoyed. The pandan was good, too.

I was recently gifted a tin of cookies; they were gone within 48 hours (and I was practicing restraint). Wish I was able to buy a subscription have have these ship to my doorstep every week. Now that I know these exist, I will never look at Danish butter cookies the same.

A delightful bakery with the yummiest of Vietnamese treats. We got the Tie Die Waffles which are super soft and aromatic. The black sesame in the waffles is a perfect touch. The Vietnamese Coffee has an oat condensed milk option which is great for folks who are lactose intolerant. Thank you and hugs to Doris for sharing her culture and culinary skills with us.

I like the bakery, but I find the prices to be extremely pricey for the offering. I have purchased a few things in the past to support the Vietnamese business, but $7 for assorted jellies?! I just can’t justify the cost of for what I’m getting. I personally think this is more Instagram hype..

Cute little take out spot in Carroll Gardens serving some really delicious Vietnamese snacks. We tried the pandan coconut milk and pandan iced coffee milk and both were delicious. Waffles were amazing too! Definitely worth waiting a few minutes in line for.

I think this is the only place in NYC that does pandan waffles ever since Bambu closed. The waffles are small in surface area but thick. The pandan waffle has coconut bits and the black sesame waffle has real black sesame seeds inside. They were sold out of Viet coffee by 10:30. I heard the cookies aren't good though

Slightly disappointed. Loved the cookies. Sandwich was ok, jellies were pretty but absolutely flavorless. Drinks were the best part. Increasingly feels like its value is Instagram not the flavor.

I usually don’t leave reviews but read the negative one which is the opposite of my experiences here. I’m Vietnamese and I love their pandan waffles, bánh mì, cookie tins and desserts. The prices are fair. It’s delicious and you cannot find many of these things elsewhere. There aren’t many Vietnamese spots in NYC and this bakery is one of my favorites. I think they have limited hours because they aren’t fully open to the public yet. Boosting it to support an Asian woman owned business too.

Overhyped IG spot with terrible hours, stock, and prices. Tricking all the white people to pay astronomical prices for average goods w this one lol
