Excellent third wave coffee shop. A perfect flat white. And finally somewhere that has decaf cold brew! It turns into a great natural wine bar on Thursday-Saturday evenings.

Best specialty coffee around. I buy beans from here every week or so, which the owner roasts and imports themselves. Staff is super friendly as well. Great addition to the neighborhood!

I've lived in the neighborhood for over ten years, and Olas serves the best coffee, is run by the best people, and has the best vibe going for it. Jeremiah is truly a master barista. Every time I get coffee with a friend, I always take them to Olas. Shoutout to Miguel for his awesome breakfast tacos and Ian's incredible baked goods.

Really lovely independent shop — this is the kind of place that adds so much to a neighborhood, a city. Top quality coffee sourced and roasted by the proprietor himself, as good as any renowned specialty outfit. Cozy, modest environment. Great place for a chat, a read, and to enjoy delicious coffee.

A beautiful warm and welcoming shop with friendly baristas. The espresso is excellent! I enjoyed this experience immensely. They have a cool espresso machine built into the bar so it’s thoroughly entertaining to observe the barista.
Amazing blend, best cappuccino I’ve had in 15 years in nyc, congratulations on a phenomenal product! Glad I got here before the fashionable lines will form out here.
Iced cortado was perfect, not insanely overpriced like other places around there that aren’t even half as good. Looking forward to another visit!
The lattes, cookies and crew are all great. Also the Virbuna (green coffee kombucha) is the bomb. Hopefully I'll be able to buy it online some day since I don't live in town. Thanks for the good vibes.
Exceptionally good coffee and friendly service. Espresso with the kombucha back is just awesome, and their iced coffee is proper jet fuel. My new go-to coffee in the area.
