The girl at the counter was rude. Mentioning dietary restrictions shouldn't be a reason for staff to be rude. Good enough reason to stop going at this place. There are many good coffee places in Hoboken.
Rude staff, it was a too good to go order and she didn’t have to be rude about it.

Best latte in town
Don't bother getting any food. Strawberry ice tea is the best! They have a nice little backyard you can sit in.
Spacious and busy place with a bunch of flavoured coffee options and bakery items. Got a rose matcha latte, it is served with rose petals and a hint of rose flavor. It tasted good.
Coffee is great! They always have decaf, unlike Starbucks who never has any at any time of day, this location is so nice because it has an outdoor and indoor sitting area and they have a cute garden in the back area too.
Great coffee, pastries, and overall vibe
I've been on a mission to try every coffee shop in Hoboken since moving here a few months back. Jefferson's coffee is top of my list. I wouldn't say it's the best at anything, but it's very good at everything. The coffee is good. They have decent light food options. There's plenty of seating and wifi. The baristas are normally friendly. It's become one of my favorite places to go and spend a few hours on my laptop if I need a change of scenery. I highly recommend it.
What a cute coffee place with plenty coffee options and mouth watering bakery items. Also love their Specials as I get to try something new each time I visit. I highly recommend this coffee shop.
Very nice cafe with option to sit down. Tried their scones and loved it. Nice atmosphere and nice staff.
Nice spot, good music and plenty of drink options beyond coffee. I usually walk past this spot but finally decided to go in since they have extended hours, unlike other coffeeshops nearby. Ordered a chai latte and a London fog. And both were yummy. I liked the funky vibe in the shop and they had knickknacks and many other coffee related products to take home and plenty of vegan pastries/treats. It seems that they had a revolving seasonal drinks which I’d love to try on my next visit. Give this place a try :)

Very accommodating, I'm not a huge coffee drinker so my knowledge is limited and they were able to make a drink that was not on the menu. Great service.

I love the coffee here. Much better than the other Jefferson location near shoprite in Hoboken. Too bad there is such a huge difference in the quality in between branches.
I got a pistachio vanilla iced latte. It was relatively okay than what I was expecting it to be. Too bitter for my taste buds. There was quite a waiting line while we got in. The vibe was nice and cozy.
