The bagels are so good! Big, moist and perfect texture on the inside. These bagels are just right! I love the ambiance too, has for place, built in book cases, comfy couches and a bunch of tables. They also have bagel sandwiches and tons of coffee. Few tea selections, but enough to satisfy. Best bagel I've had is the French toast with Maple Walnut cream cheese. So good!
Driving by this place might not stick out as it is a really good place to grab a coffee and food but once you try it you will make it one of your regular places to stop for a great cup of coffee and food. Inside it's a cozy place to sit down inside or out.

They remember your order if you’re a regular, the coffee is always fresh, it’s nice and clean in there. Alex is almost always on counter and he always greets you with a smile. I used to work third shift so I’d grab a coffee or hot chocolate and a bagel or sandwich at 6:15 am on my last break and I could quite literally get in and out within 6 minutes. It’s amazing. They work wonderfully as a team. When we first moved to Merrimack in Sept 2020 our fridge broke the day after our closing 🫠 we had to rely on takeout for about 3 weeks until we got our new fridge. Hot rize was our frequent breakfast and sometimes lunch place. Affordable, fast & friendly 🩵
Amazing food and service. Loved the atmosphere and chill vibes. Definitely a great place to sit back have a coffee and breakfast sandwich with friends or solo! Enjoyed my me time and will definitely be back again.
I was in the area and was looking for a bite to eat and stumbled across this place on google. I saw the high ratings, reviews and pictures and figured I would try it out but I was a little skeptical, because I’ve had mediocre experiences at other cafe / coffee spots that swore they had good food and coffee. I’m so happy I took a chance and decided to eat here. I ordered the chicken club wrap and a chocolate raspberry macchiato iced coffee and wow! The wrap was out of this world.! I was so impressed by how fresh all the ingredients were. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful and the wrap was like no other wrap I’ve ever had. It was also so filling and prices were fair for the quality of food you get. The coffee was amazing as well and the flavors were spot on to what I hoped it would taste like! On top of the food and coffee being so good the overall vibe of this place was enjoyable. Service was super fast and I was able to meet the owner who was working along side her employees which was humbling to see. She was also super kind and you can tell how much pride she has when taking care of her customers.I can’t wait to try other items on the menu and I am already planning my next visit!
This place is a staple in the town of Merrimack. Fresh bagels everyday amazing sandwiches and fantastic coffee make this place a local favorite.

Food is always homemade and fresh! The attention to detail in the service is top-notch! Absolutely love the food and the people in there! Great place for breakfast or lunch and don’t forget to try the homemade soups.

Delicious bagels, and staffed by hard-working local "youngsters" who are super polite, efficient, caring, respectful, and friendly. Love to see it.
Great place for coffee, bagels and more. Nice for meeting our family and friends early Saturdays and Sundays. Give them a try. When you stop by say hi the entire staff. They are very nice and friendly.
