Well priced, consistent, and fast. The trifecta of a great breakfast shop!
I will no longer go to this particular joes. I asked for a 24oz hot coffee picked it up and it was a 20 oz. Went in and said is this a 20 or 24oz he said it was a large. I said okay how many ounces is that, he replied 20 oz....he said extra large is 24oz....I said I ordered 24oz he told me I didn't.....I'm like why would I waste my time walking in if I wanted a 24 oz and ordered 20oz.....we were arguing......it's true why would I order a 20oz and walk in and say I ordered a 24oz.....it's not like I wanted 4oz free heck I got plenty of money to afford 24oz....this is the 2nd time asked for a 24oz and got a 20oz....these workers need to pay attention.
I like the coffee. My suggestion to this place is get some food that is good and learn how to serve it prepared properly to eat. Ham cheese croissant and chocolate croissant I have tried a number of times and although the food was good it was not cooked properly almost all the time , either over cooked so it was hard or undercooked and still cold or partially frozen . Other pastry I have tried also did not appear fresh and was stale tasting . As I said, I like the coffee very much and will always return for the coffee , I wish the food could show improvement because I really like to eat something when I get coffee.. There is more, also I've noticed the operation of the staff and it seems disorganized with respect to the floorplan inside , I'm not sure but seems like a lot of movement between areas in preparation of orders .
First time here, great experience. Good food, good coffee, great customer service
Been here a few times staff is nice the two times I have gotten waited on but the other times I have gone to this location there is never anybody around I don't know if they just get paid to sit in the back and not help anybody. But I waited for 15 minutes and no one came out and this is not the first time this has happen to me when I go to this location I don't know what the issue is about that but it's not good service.

The staff is very helpful and friendly but the location is a bit different, it's very close to the restrooms so use your imagination. The prices are also a little high.
I used to come here alot years ago and recently tried coming back a few times both times my order was made wrong and the guy who took my order always has an attitude I love aroma joes bit will never return to this location

First time, I buy in this place and it was good, I had a mango pineapple drink, don't know exactly what's the name of the drink I did not order it, but it was awesome and I'm definitely going back there.

My favorite coffee spot around by far. It’s very rare that my order is incorrect, and they are all super friendly. I would easily recommend this place over Dunkin’ every time.
