Been eating delicious take out from Buckley's for over a year. This evening we ordered Panini's and for the1st time, we had to toss the sandwiches after a couple of bites. The normally crisp and tasty food was a soggy mess. The bread was soaked and completely limp. Seemed as though they were made en masse earlier in the day and kept warm. For the prices they charge, freshly made is a must!

Super cute bakery/coffee shop in an old New England building. Seating upstairs, chill, "at-home" vibe. Obviously there's bakery food but they also have cafe style pre-made paninis they press for you, pre-made sandwiches and pizza. The also have a rotating schedule of cold takeaway meals you can heat up (chicken Parm is Saturday, spaghetti & meatballs I believe is Tuesday, meatloaf day, etc.), as well as, locally sourced candy, honey, chips, jams, coffee bean, etc.
This place is awesome! They have a hot entree daily, sandwiches, soup, and pizza for lunch and dinner. Breakfast sandwiches in the morning. And don't forget the huge selection of desserts! They have a ton of coffee and a passable selection of teas. They also sell fresh bread and a selection of local candy and chocolates. They have a small seating area on the main floor, and then a larger area on the upper floor (doorway to upstairs is at the back near the kitchen).
Honestly, I'm sure its great, and they seem to have traffic, but I'll not be returning. Prices are absurd for the most basic foods. Huge turn off.

Buckley's Bakery & Café used to be quite good, but some sort of staff shakeup has made things take a sudden downturn. The friendly, attentive employees mentioned in older reviews are nowhere to be found. Instead, the customer deals with employees that seem confused and unhappy. The pre-made food still seems fine, and the coffee is still good, so maybe those are enough reasons to come here in a pinch, but the prices are still high enough that you would expect things to be running smoothly, and that is no longer the case.
The pastries, coffee and paninis were delicious! I had the peanut butter funny bone and the Reuben panini. The Buckley’s latte was perfect and not too sweet.
Outstanding! High end quick lunch and dessert.
This is not a real breakfast place. They premake the sandwiches and wont let you order one fresh

They went above and beyond to make me something for lunch and to accommodate my food allergy. Great place would highly recommend 👌
Ordered the gluten friendly chocolate mousse 6” cake for a birthday. Cake itself was very dry and crumbly with little flavor, layers were uneven (see photo). Butter cream and very friendly staff brought the rating up to a 2.
forgot caramel in my coffee couple of times whoopie pie was gas tho
