Just really average coffee.
Smoothies and frappe's are bomb when they get it right, but the last couple of times going there they have totally botch the order. This morning we arrived around 10 AM and ordered a large strawberry smoothie. Ordered in the drive thru, pulled up to the window and paid $6, which is normal pricing so I didn't think anything about it. They tried to hand us a hot coffee, which we corrected and said that wasn't ours and handed it back. A couple minutes later, a woman comes over to the window and says we need to pay for the smoothie. When we told her we already paid, she said we paid for the latte which we then told her we didn't order. With such attitude, she handed us the smoothie. It's not the customers fault you messed up, and I sure don't believe in trying to penalize the customer for your mistake. The time before this, my husband and I ordered a smoothie and a caramel mocha frappe. When we got to the window, they handed us the smoothie and asked what the second drink was. I mistakenly said "the coffee" and she just handed us a plain hot coffee. Not sure what's going on, but it seems like orders aren't being entered or written down, but obviously just "remembering" doesn't work.
Went in, spoke..waited...waited more..waited more....Neither of the three young ladies came to take my order...my assumption, it's my skin tone and they don't see my kind very often...
If I could give zero stars i would my boyfriend who is a mobile mechanic went in to get some coffee and warm up (it's freezing outside) the lady behind the counter refused to serve him and asked him to leave because he was dingy and dirty. Needless to say he won't ever go back.
The first time we came in, they were great. We asked if they used Big Train, they did. We got 1 chai chiller to test it for $6-7, great. We went back through to get another one, great. The next day we went back in, to get them for $9 DOLLARS, plus two $3 DOLLAR flavor shots, totaling $23 DOLLARS, not even mentioning a $2 dollar tip that I want to take back. Grand total: $25. So we decided to buy our own big train, it was $23 dollars for 3.5 pounds, which, per cup, totals about $2, including the cinnamon. I don't even know what the flavor shot is, if it isn't just the cinnamon, but it tastes EXACTLY the same. Note: While making the chai put 1 cup of milk, 7 tbsp of chai, and 1 ½ cups of ice. Grand total: $4-5 Bye bye Mudd Hutt!
Awesome place
Great service, friendly and reasonably priced.
breakfast sandwich was microwaved, breve was awful
This is really good when we pass through or go into Elko for supplies.
Great service, even better coffee.
Quick detour. Literally order and it was ready by the time I paid at the window. I got a chai latte and it was delicious. Had a croissant with egg and cheese. It was microwaved but honestly way better than a huge chain like Burger King or Starbucks. Thanks ladies!
My favorite drinks are orange Cream, and the strawberry banana smoothie
Best coffee I ever had (nutterbutter)!!!!! 🥜❤
Cute and quaint coffee shop, I got a Take 5 blended and it was absolutely delicious, way better than any Starbucks Frappuccino I've ever had. It is a little pricey, for a small drink with an extra shot was over $5, but that doesn't stop me from coming back
Great, quick option for coffee and burritos. Coffee is pretty good, chai is good and the burrito was huge (and very hot). 2 of us split it and it was perfect.
An acceptable form of food when you're starting day 2 of a four day drive and your hotel is across the street. The Le Croix of Coffee.
Best place in Elko for coffee
Delicious and filling!
Best coffee in town love it
Great service and fantastic drinks. Only reason for 4 stars is every time I get a burrito it’s ice cold in the center
