I had the Chili Burger. It was the BEST Chili Burger that I had in years.
Service was excellent! Food was good but not the best I've ever had. But I wasn't expecting that so I'm not disappointed at all. Atmosphere was perfectly family friendly. There was 11 or 12 of us eating and our waitress was amazing!
Really liked the old fashioned deco. I had the Mud Skillet. Huge portion and very good. We had a party of 10 and they accommodated us and gave goof service.
I have my favorite chili Verde omelet almost every time good eats.
This was a really fun breakfast. Great food and great service.
Went there right as they opened for some breakfast to go. The cooks were already making it before I finished ordering mine and my girls food. The waitress who helped me was super nice and helpful. Will eat there again.
The Mug was a great place for food as it always is, the noodle dishes three of us got were just a bit over room temp when we got them, and service was a little slow but they seemed rather busy so I can forgive both of those easily. The atmosphere was the same as always, noisy full but not claustrophobic and the staff were wonderful. So over all 9/10 will eat there again.
I’m only speaking out about Breakfast. It’s was great great tasting great presentation and the price was good for the food and the service was excellent! All I can say is I wish we would have went back and tried there dinner. Because the place we had dinner from took 2 hours to get and was cold🤬
Decent food, nice people! I always enjoy it
Waitress was incredibly rude & the food was "okay". I'm surprised so many people have given this place a possitive review.
Fantastic breakfast! Heard about the food and tried it out. Lived up to the reputation. I will be going much more in the future!
Very costly for 3 just breakfast and very average on portions and taste....
Great, quick service. Fantastic food! Great kid options!
Best home chicken fried steak I've had in a very long time . Loved it there and though I didn't try them the deserts are homemade by a sweet girl that was our waitress. I know they had to be good because of how proud she was . Loved it and will be back
I had the Mug Skillet the over-hard eggs came to me burnt and the skillet was very Greasy
What once was the greatest restaurant in town has truly fallen :'( the food is old clam chowder tasted and smelled very very fishy not in a good way. They couldn't even cook a baked potato right It was raw in some places and overcooked in others. Also there was still dirt on it. It was not washed properly. hash browns were inedible. Very old and rubbery We didn't finish more than half of our food because there was no flavor. It was very old food that's probably been sitting there for a couple days or at least it tasted like it This used to be my place that I went to almost every day. Now. I sadly have to find a new place because the food is just so bad blan or old I don't recommend this place. If you do go, please proceed with caution. I got a raw burger once as well so I can't recommend anything Taco Bell has more flavor which is pretty sad :'( I hope you guys fix whatever happened because you guys came from the best food in town to the worst
Friendly staff great food at reasonable prices!
It was outstanding tonight. Great service and great food. Shout out to Carly our server. She was awesome!! Be nice to her if she is your sever. Don’t be a Karen
We went to the Coffee Mug several times during our weekend. Each time we received good service and the food was pretty good too.
Two visits in two days. We ordered from the Lunch Items: Husband ordered Hot Turkey Sandwich and I ordered Nevada Hard Hat which, if you like a beef and green (Anaheim I believe) chili combination, is a great choice. Second time Husband ordered Grilled Patty Melt and I ordered Hot Turkey Sandwich as I didn't want spicy at the later mealtime. There are so many choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is dependably good food especially off the Lunch Items section, and there is a good amount of it. Great coffee. Busy during the second visit, but they are accustomed to taking orders quickly and serving the meals quickly, with experienced servers who also check back from time to time ask how the meal is and to refill drinks. At least two other parties of older adults were sharing meals. Husband had a third time here with coffee and pie that he enjoyed. Prices are reasonable, not cheap, but the other customers always seem to arrive anticipating good food and good service and to leave happy and full, as we do. And conveniently on the other side of the large parking lot is the Western Folklife Center, the G Three Bar Theater, Coffee Joe, etc. (and Rodeway Inn a few more blocks away).
