Scooters is awesome !
Generally, I am a big fan of Scooters and not a big fan on reviews, but holy heck the new Scoot Energy drink is wildly overpriced. I ordered one today and it rang up as 6$. Okay, no biggie 6$ is high for a drink so I was expecting a fairly large sized energy drink (20oz at least). I received possibly 10oz (there wasn't an option to select size). Factoring in ice there was probably the equivalet of 3/4 a can of Red Bull. It tastes fine, but for 6$ you're better off getting 2-3 cans of Red Bull (or equivalent) for that price. The people at Scooters are always great and happy so I'll continue to go there - but only for coffee. Again, and especially at this location, the folks who work there are outstanding. I know they don't set the prices.
Scooters has clearly started branching out nationally, but I still get the same warm local experience I'm used to. If you're as caffeine dependent as me, try a Scooter's shooter (iced too!)
Great place for a coffee, coffee drinks, smoothies, and pastries. The prices are good here. Not like other places like *cough* Starbucks *cough* Customer service is top notch and the staff is friendly. The bathrooms were clean and the sitting area was clean too. It has a great atmosphere to sit and relax. They also provide outdoor seating. There is also a drive thru.
My whacky family comes here every now and then. The baristas are always nice to us even when we take too long to order.
The girls who stand in the cold taking orders are braver than the US Marines.
Nice location, great employees, owners who change ingredients without warning. Peanut butter blended drinks already vary depending on the barista but to change the peanut butter without any indication of such leads to unhappy customers, such as myself. I personally go to Scooters JUST for the peanut butter cup blender. You think peanut butter cup you think what? HINT: popular Reese's cup. Peanut butter was changed to natural peanut butter recently and the drink no longer tastes the same. I make coffee at home so there is nothing else on the menu that I order which means I have no further use for the establishment.
I drive PAST 2 other scooters to go to this location, they are always quick and kind and the drinks are always perfect
The customer service at this location is absolutely outstanding! From the first greet to the last encounter, it is their goal to ensure you are behind satisfied. Every employee should be proud & it’s clear their leadership is doing all the right things!
This is the best scooters in the metro. They are fast, they are efficient, they are very friendly and they actually get your order right and it tastes wonderful. They actually know what they’re doing when they make a Butterfinger espresso blender. It has the best flavor out of any of the scooters that I’ve ever gone to and I love my scooters. Make sure you go to the scooters if you want a wonderful tasting drink cold or hot but the girls and the staff that work there are very nice, respectful and efficient doing their job
Really fast service and the employees are amazing. My favorite place to go for a quick coffee or a breakfast sandwich before work.
The last 3 times I’ve come here something had happened. Two times I have gotten the wrong drink or it has been made wrong in another time they didn’t give me my change back at the drive-through window because they were too busy paying attention to everything else I think I’m just gonna take my business to Starbucks since I get coffee every day I like to have consistency in my coffee and customer service

What an idiotic business! Lots of DEI signs about love, kindness, happiness, inclusion but the employees are the opposite! If you're looking to be ripped off at buying flavored iced coffees, this is your place! On the other hand, join the majority of consumers at McDonalds.

If you want sit down, not just a drive through location. .. This is the best one of their locations for a quiet chill time. So much better overall than Starbucks!
