Great lattes. Really nice space. Wish I lived closer so I could go more often.
Happened upon this place on a visit to the bead shop and I LOVE it. Nice varied selection of drinks, eats, and treats. There's a customer photo of a sign showing reduced hours on the photos tab, this is old and not the case, they are open per hours listed on google. Go check them out!
My husband and our daughter visited for the first time today. The building is very cute and it would be a great place to study or work, especially that little table tucked back in the corner with an outlet right there and no one else around you, plus lots of natural light. There are two gender neutral single person bathrooms. We got a latte and a breve and both were ready surprisingly fast and tasted good. The people working at the front were very kind and helpful. We will definitely visit again when we’re on this side of town. It’s also less than 10 minutes away from westside park!
If I lived here I'd be in this coffee shop every day! The service was excellent, friendly, and competent. The food and drinks were delicious, everything I ordered was a winner. And the ambiance is perfect. Indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of windows and sunlight. Gorgeous local art on the walls.
Nice little place with a cool upstairs seating area. Good coffee and breakfast
Great coffee and service
So, first off I generally love HB, however, the last 3 times I've gone in for food it has been made incorrect. Today I ordered an Avocado BLT... no avocado... one of the more expensive items on a $10 sandwich. The food is tasty... when they get it right. As a fan, pls pls pls take a second to get an eat in or take out order correct, especially if you order in the SHOP! Unfortunately I am hesitant to eat here again.
Great coffee and knowledgeable friendly staff.
Divine breakfast burrito!!! I also tried the matcha latte with lavender syrup which was delicious. Tons of space to work upstairs, and the staff was super accommodating to my allergies. Love it
Looks like they make good coffee. Got kicked out because I wasn’t wearing a mask even though 12” away there was a table with people not wearing masks. I guess if you are ordering masks are required but as soon as you walk to a table they aren’t required.
Best coffee shop in missoula
Good food.. and drinks.. just a confusing set up. They need a name or number system to receive orders.. I took someone’s food on accident and the barista made us feel embarrassed and horrible about it..
Nice coffee place. Easy access. Professional and friendly staff. Enough sitting on the ground floor, in the back and upstairs.
Nice spot, decent coffee.
Non enthusiastic baristas who greeted me with a questioning look. Have to wear a mask no matter what. 15% charged automatically to your bill for tips to the barista. Didnt want to tip my barista as they weren’t providing good service. Coffee was iffy…the croissant nothing special. Won’t be coming back!
Took quite a long time to get my drink, this has been my experience each of the 3 times I've been there.
Not my favorite coffee, but the customer service is always good
Arrived just after midday on Saturday. Google/website/and signs at the actual location advised opening hours until 3pm but I was informed they just closed at 12. No explanation. Very unprofessional!!! Including me, 5 customers were turned away in a short period of time. They seem to lack business sense too.
Delicious coffee, cute ambiance, kind staff. Wish it had a better view of the mountains and wasn’t a part of one of those hideous invasive species apartment buildings.
Great service and very modern and clean atmosphere. They pass the cortado test. Good espresso. I’d put it up there right under DRUM and BlackCoffee. Staff is friendly and the place is usually quiet. My kinda place.
