Most genuinely happy, caring, friendly customer service I've ever received! I go on a bad day even if I don't want a lotus because the staff is so amazing.
This place is probably my favorite coffee shop in missoula the staff are very friendly and nice they always greet with a smile coffee here is great they time shots and if it doesn't meet up to there standards they will make it over for you the little treats they have are also good my favorite two are the gluten free oatmeal cookies and the pepperoni bagels yum yum they have all sorts of drinks available fits almost anyone's pallet 😉 I would recommend them for anyone craving coffee or any caffeine or none caffeine drink the wait can take a little bit but it's worth it 👌 promise hope you enjoy
Great coffee, several locations, courteous staff and an awesome Cooper Mountain Campfire!
First time and last time. They made hot chocolate for my children with rotten milk making all 3 kids sick within 40 minutes. I'm disgusted with this place.

The ladies working this morning around 7:40 on October 19th made my day especially sarah! She was absolutely wonderful and so nice made. These ladies overall amazing and made me a delicious drink when I couldn’t make up my mind and asked them to surprise me. Definitely recommend going there not only for the amazing drinks but for the great conversations and overall kindness these girls show!
Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. Only 2 cars were served. Turned back around without buying anything.
Great coffee, a little bit slow, but totally worth it.
The best tasting espressos and a great group of baristas. Sometimes it takes awhile in line, but I choose here for the quality and the staff.

Delicious drinks and pizza bagel was so amazing.
I was in town for a business trip and the baristas were so welcoming and great at giving suggestions for what I may like! Wish a copper mountain was closer to my location
Great coffee friendly staff. I got the Nut Hut and it was nice to have coffee that is not bitter :)
Stopped by on the way out of town and grabbed some iced coffee and iced Chai. Also grabbed a French toast bagel breakfast sandwich. Staff was incredibly polite and the food and drinks were great!!! Thank you!!!
