Honestly my favorite place. I’m obsessed! Everyone who knows me, knows how much I love floco! Great service every time, always gets my drink just right!! Perfect place for a summer, fall, spring and winter drink!!!!
Cheaper and tastier than Starbucks and I mean that, the coffee is SO much more delicious. Shop local, pay less!

I have gone to FloCo every day since late 2017. I would take my twin newborns on a drive to put them to sleep and get myself caffeine because...well I had newborn twins. I have had such great rapport with the morning gals. They have always been so great, kind, and attentive when I had any issues with a barista (almost never). They know me, my kids, my dogs, the type of drinks I like. Definitely a FloCo customer for life.
I always enjoy the handcrafted beverages and the barista's are always kind and patient. Sadly the drip coffee is consistently pretty old and stale tasting, which blows because it's great when it's fresh!

Terrible experience. The girl with the nose piercing and piercing on her bottom lip in the center with tattoos was absolutely awful. SO rude. My husband and I here came here on our anniversary and were in a great mood and the experience was bad enough to put us both in a terrible mood. Why be so rude to people who are being nothing but friendly? All we did was ask if there were any winter specials and her attitude was insane. Go somewhere else if you want coffee!
FloCo is my go-to coffee shop. No matter which location I order my drink from it's always consistent from Polson to Missoula they're all amazing locations with GREAT rewards program
The ladies that work at the North Reserve location are phenomenal! I go often but not every day and they always remember my order. They consistently have smiles on their face and great energy first thing in the morning. My order is always done perfectly! Minus 1 star because of experiences at the Brooks location. My coffee is always burned and other drinks like cocoa or tea that we’ve ordered at this location have all tasted funny.

Everytime that I go to FloCo, I'm always treated very well! But I was just there again yesterday, at the brooks location. And Shelby (I hope I spelled it correctly?) was AMAZING!! She was SO sweet! SO kind! And our exchange yesterday was everything that I strive for with others along my way! So, again Miss Shelby! Thank you for being a sweet and kind person, and that 6 shots for the 32oz was right on the money! Appreciate the heck out of you!
