Trivia question of the day was incorrect. Cappuccino wasn't really dry

I had the camp fire moca hot and I was very impressed with how well the customer service was from staff the prices are very reasonable for coffee and they have a outside patio with seating and wifi as well and two bathrooms with baby changing stations in them as well. I would highly recommend this place to people!

I absolutely DO NOT recommend going here if you have food allergies or diet restrictions. I can’t have dairy and they were completely out of ALL dairy replacements for their coffee, so I couldn’t get coffee (unless I wanted it completely black). I then ordered a breakfast sandwich with NO cheese, and the drive through lady said they could do it, but once I received it it had cheese on it. I went in and asked for one without cheese and was told I can’t get a breakfast sandwich without cheese unless I order the vegan breakfast sandwich. They said that the sandwiches are pre-made and they can’t just take the cheese off. They wouldn’t even give me a refund for the sandwich with cheese on it when I literally CAN’T eat it, and was told I could get it without cheese! Absolutely ridiculous, waste of my time, money, and food.
Very nice customer service today as I walked in my drink had spilled on the floor so I waited for a new one. Only complaint my drink was made wring so a waste of money for me.
Showed up early in the morning on Sunday June 5th. It was ten minutes after they opened. I got a regular brewed coffee. The coffee was as expected for a fast food coffee place - not great, but at least better than the c-stores. However, the dude running the window was waaay too cool for me. Didn't care for the "whatever man" vibe he was throwing out. I mentioned that they didn't have the open sign on and that I almost passed by. He could not have cared less. I was just passing through, so this review is based on a one-time experience.
It's OK. A go to place for a friend and I for coffee and chat. Wish they had more diverse treat selections.
While I understand busy, I waiting 20 min for a nitro cold press, which is literally just pouring from a tap. After 20 min I told them to scrap it. I didn't get a refund because I didnt want to complicate things.
Drive through was pretty busy when we went, it became kind of apparent the staff forgot about the people waiting inside for drinks after 20 minutes. Beverage was good when finally served.
Very disappointed with such a big price increase. I understand that they need to raise prices as they are in need but it was $1 more than normal. So very sad.
They are pricey so I just go when I need a treat like the frappe. Really good lemonade iced tea as well. The drive thru is always bogged down so try to avoid it on your way to work.
Consistently great coffee, great service, and very important to me great Gluten Free food options.
