This is definitely one of my new favorite places to eat in Winona!! Right as I walked in the smells from the kitchen were incredible! The whole atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you with any questions you have. I got the strawberry black milk tea with brown sugar boba in it and it was DELICIOUS!!! I will definitely be coming back to try the food!

Try the strawberry lemonade, you won't regret it. Some of the best iced coffee drinks in town. Amazing food. Must try.

I stumbled on this place accidentally and was thrilled. Amazing boba tea menu, cheerful atmosphere, fast service, and fresh, bright, lovingly cooked food. Was not expecting such a gem!

I’ve had about four different meals here and they’ve all been excellent. Very clean nice place plus really good coffee drinks.

I had delicious Thai and Korean dishes, they also have excellent latte's! I look forward to returning and trying more of there food. Very large portions to be ready to bring some home, or just arrive hungry!

Love everything about this place except the prices are a little high for what you get. So appreciate fresh beautifully prepared food. My pork bowl was rice and pork with a few slices of fresh cucumber and pepper-$17! Boba tea is minimum $7.50 and any other milk besides cow is additional .77? Why is cow milk included but not coconut milk?

Ate at Norvary for the first time today--delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, nice people. Highly recommend and will definitely go there again...and again...and again... A terrific addition to the Winona community!

Really one of the kind of Vietnamese restaurant in Minnesota. Def nowhere will have same taste as Norvary. You can alter the order to your own liking or going w the suggestion ( if you are willing to try new things).

Food had very good flavor. Rose garden tea was excellent. Milk tea with Boba was really good, the Boba was really good.

Just found out that ya charge for hoisin and sarachi sauce? Wow first ever restaurant I've seen to charge for sauce.

Experience was good, but the prices? Come on. Why charge for condiments? And spring rolls for almost $10? Questionable. Overall, does not compare to la cross or the cities. Charging for sauces, that’s just a crazy move I didn’t expect and it wasn’t even enough sauces for the broth itself. I’m sorry, owner you are great and all, but the Asian Americans who has had pho before knows it’s crazy to be charging folks for condiments. I literally paid for a whole small bottle of hoisin, siracha and fish sauce. Such a disappointment. Lol. Make your money though because the non Asians don’t know and are paying too much money for their bowl of pho here… I suppose nothing will beat this restaurant since it’s Winona 🤣🫣 On another note, this town is not nice. I had my fair share of St Mary’s campus here and it was bad. Look up my review on the campus & people there… but glad you love the people here… I’m just glad I had a professor that never gave up on me hence why I came to stop by this expensive restaurant…. But sorry, price isn’t worth it.

Excellent food, friendly and fun staff, clean bathrooms, willing to explain the menu, inside atmosphere awesome. Give it a try. And order the cheese balls as an appetizer to share.

Both the Norvary Pho and Spring Rolls were absolutely delicious! 10/10! The aesthetic and ambiance of the restaurant was very welcoming, and the staff were so nice. I will definitely be going back again!

Absolutely amazing! As soon as you step through the doors, you're hit with a wave of delicious smells. The spring rolls are to die for, and the pea tea lemonade was super tasty. I will definitely have to return and try their other menu items (the pho looks so good)!!

This place is amazing. Winona is so lucky to have such an incredible Vietnamese place! Their food is absolutely top notch, so delicious and fresh. The building itself is very nice and clean, and I can't wait to come back. Even the bathrooms are a nice place to be!
