Food was a piece of quiche, my husband enjoyed it very much, and a sandwich which was very good. Coffee was delicious, just slow service, but it's like tat these days.
Best place in Winona. Supports local artists, has a rich community of regulars, and the staff get to know your name and order quickly. I love the fact that I don't even need to order anymore. That's a small town coffee shop atmosphere that not many places have.
Was meeting friends there for lunch. Great soup...and everyone else in our group enjoyed their meals. Just wish we weren't eating in stages...soup was brought to table almost immediately while the person who ordered the wrap sandwich and the person who ordered the salad were served almost 10 minutes later. My soup would have been cold if I'd have waited politely to eat with my friends. Also, the exterior of the building needs some eye level signage. One of our group walked past the entrance and I found it simply due to a poster for someone performing there and having the street address from Google maps.
I want you to go somewhere I've never gone before. Visiting a friend and ask him if blooming grounds coffeehouse was good. He said it was great, I highly recommend going there. Being a vegan it's hard to find places to eat. I just went in, sat down at the bar and waited for 5 minutes. I was stared at by 3 employees, one on her phone, one taking orders and one in the kitchen. I was helped by no one. No one said, she'll/they'll be right with you. Highly disappointed; I will never be returning.
This is a great breakfast/coffee shop! Our food took a little longer than we expected, but overall wonderful experience!

i love this place so much! the workers here are always SOO nice. blooming grounds is such a chill place and is always my go to spot for hanging out with friends, eating, doing homework ext you should 100% come here i love it so much
Waiting 45 minutes for a carryout is unbelievable. Not very pleased with the staff on 2/15/23.
This is one of our favorite stops whenever we go through Winona. Excellent coffee and pastries, and we love the little library nook in the back corner, which is a perfect spot for meetings or studying. If they have the Velvet Hammer coffee blend, I highly recommend getting a cup.
I had an issue with a gift card that was issued before they changed over their system. Amy was helpful in having me get it redeemed, excellent customer service. Not to mention the food and beverages are always amazing whenever I come here! Can't say enough good things about BG!

Love, love, love this place. Great food, wonderful atmosphere, clean, and friendly service. I live out of state and still come here when I'm back in town visiting family. This place is a treasure.
Have usually always gotten good food from you guys but last night we got a panini that was extremely burnt… just shocked that it was still sent out. We got it delivered so we were bummed that we didn’t get a full dinner.
The coffee and food here are great and consistent. The location is convenient and relaxing. Can be busy at times but you can pop down to their other location only a few blocks away. 🙂

The good news…we called to place an order and the lady we spoke with on the phone was lovely, polite, and profession. Because of her, we were already liking this place. Unfortunately, though the menu sounds good, the sandwiches are really underwhelming. I had the pesto wrap; the chicken was good, but it was missing the balsamic, and the sun dried tomatoes were not rehydrated so it was like trying to chew through leather (the best sun dried tomatoes are stored in olive oil to retain a tender texture). My husband had a gluten-free panini with chicken and artichokes, and his was a very sad-looking sandwich (definitely not worth $11). They do give a lot of chips to accompany the sandwiches, but the sandwich should be the hero. I think if they beefed up their sandwiches and added some additional ingredients for flavor, that might help.
