The staff is so quick and efficient. Watching them is magic.
Super accommodating staff. This location has an entry both from the street and from inside the Kahler Grand Hotel. The only downside for me was that they didn't have crystal Bobas, but my Thai Tea was still very tasty!

The owner provided me with a free Tea just to try it out, I have been to many of his businesses and I have never had a complain about any of them. Great family business!!

I absolutely LOVE this place!! The milk tea is delicious, the tapioca pearls have the BEST texture, the atmosphere is great, and the staff is so so sweet. If you don’t know what to get, just ask the staff what they like and it’s usually good. I would pick Tea Time over Kung Fu ANY DAY. The only downside is that it’s quite hard to get there. My usual order is a Large Strawberry Milk with tapioca pearls and it’s so good! Wish I could give this place 6 stars :)!!!

Customer service is wonderful and very friendly and the drinks come fast. Although the price is slightly higher than other boba places.
It’s pricey but it’s good. My daughter loves the Lychee smoothie with boba and I love the peach green tea with boba. Only down side is that we got a strawberry smoothie once and it did not taste like real fruit, but instead like a powder was used or something. Still good just not as good as a fresh smoothie

I wanted to love this place. By the sound of the other reviews and Tea Time’s menu, I was hopeful that their bubble tea would taste authentic. To my disappointment, the drinks tasted like powder shaken up with iced water. Admittedly, I drank authentic bubble tea from Taiwan, and I only know of one store in Mn (founded by a Taiwanese) that uses a similar recipe. My standards and expectations are pretty high. It tastes as if they do not use real tea, and like I stated before, it tastes like a powder mix. I ordered a Jasmine milk tea and a mango milk tea. Both had a chalky, artificial flavor to them. I shall continue my search for a worthy bubble tea place in SE Mn.

Great tea place, near clinic. Servers very knowledgeable and give great recommendations if you are feeling adventurous.
I got a 16oz coffee and almond flavor smoothie made with almond milk. Brown sugar and tapioca bubbles, and got it 25% sweet. It was so delicious. I've never had this type of drink before but I've seen so many others. It was so good and I'm only visiting Rochester for a bit so I'll definitely be back to get another. Yumm, definitely recommend going here.
