Ordered a couple of brown sugar milk teas with boba and after tasting it, I went up to the guy who took our order to ask if it was actually the brown sugar milk tea because it did not taste like it and he said that it was. I told him it tasted weird and did not taste like a brown sugar milk tea and he said "oh really" and I said yeah I've had them from various places and none tasted like this one so he then explained to me that they use black tea so I said" okay it's fine" since he didn't say anything else or offer any other options. We walked off and tried to finish our tea's but it was so gross and bitter that we ended up throwing it away. Giving a 1 star because I've never had a bad boba tea non the less a brown sugar milk tea :(
I got really excited when I saw a boba store at the mall however, I ended up being deeply disappointed. I saw lots of kids drinking it and saying that it was so good so I decided to give it a chance. I'm not some boba expert but when I got my drink it tasted almost chemically, I've gotten boba a lot this week at various other shops and they were pretty good but with the drink I got here it made me so sick and I had to throw it away. I don't know what happened to my drink but I am honestly a bit concerned. The tea wasn't very good but the workers were nice. Probably wouldn't recommend, I did get a fruit tea so I'd suggest trying milk tea's maybe and seeing if those are Atleast up to standards.
Had no idea what this place was or what to expect. Person making the drinks was great at explaining everything and made sure we all got something to match our favorite flavors! Ordered Mango slush with coconut jellies, a banana smoothie with strawberry poppers and a milk tea with brown sugar. Non of us cared for each others but loved our own proving if you don’t like it; you just ordered the wrong drink.
The person working was nice and made in a reasonable time It was also vary customizable
Genuinely worse Milk Tea I have ever had. Better off going to Tea Time or Kung Fu Tea.
horribly understaffed, felt bad for the only worker who had to handle an insane amount of people both in line and waiting. at one point there was probably over 15 people waiting and 7 in line. had to wait for 2 small milk teas for almost 30 minutes and people behind me all got their drinks first. it didn’t taste good either so the wait wasn’t even worth the wait. whoever is in charge of staff/management needs to do better because the entire experience was horrible.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. When ordering the young girl was moving slower than molasses in January. She then asked a group of friends to come talk to her that were standing back and they were chatting about their "crazy night" instead of working my my drink order. I asked her to please wait for socialization until after the drinks were made. Nothing changed and I ended up getting a refund after 10 min without anything started.
Manager is AWESOME!!! She is very friendly and gave good suggestions on drinks. Outstanding service! very helpful on making us understand the types of drinks😊 and yummy drinks

I like Popper's Tea, don't get me wrong. But I like even better when a store is open when they say they are open. I have tried to go into the mall a few times around noon, and the website will say they're open, but they aren't when I walk in...it's disappointing to say the least because I like the tea they make.
Me and my family went to mall after long time and we surprised to see Bubble tea store right in the food court we order 4 drinks 2 mango and 1 strawberry smoothie and 1 milk tea ,amazing flavor with tapioca boba and poppers, best customer service the lady was amazing good customer service deserved to be 5stars ,we are coming next time definitely and highly recommended.
Tea is great, but customer service was awful. 9/4/22 was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at Popper’s. (Which is usually very good!) When my friend and I arrived, the employees had a 15 minute break sign, and we proceeded to wait for 25 minutes until one of the two employees emerged talking to a friend who showed up. This waitress (who looked like she was high) asked us to repeat our order four+ times WHILE talking to her said friend, then told us the kiosk was broken and made us repeat our order ANOTHER two times. While we were waiting we moved out of the way so other customers could order. We then waited longer than we should have because the other incompetent waitress didn’t call out our drinks. If you’re the manger of these two women, please fire them.
Got the raspberry black tea with strawberry poppers and boba. AMAZING! The women there was great. She was friendly and so helpful. I will only go when she is working. Her vibe is good and her customer service is great. 10/10 will be getting tea her from now on while working.
This is by far the worst liquid I have ever inserted in my mouth, the lychee milk tea was absolutely foul and made me gag. DO NOT BUY!
I stopped there today a younger lady was working. She was very friendly and helpful. I have never had one before. I told her I like sweet stuff not the grass flavored tea stuff. She suggested what I should get and I really enjoyed it. Tasted good I loved the black bubbles/beads too!
I've definitely had better bubble tea before. It's not too awful, but it could definitely be way better. I've had some decent boba from here, but once I ordered a strawberry milk tea from here, and they didn't use any milk??? They just used green tea, and I was very disappointed. Also I work at the mall, and they don't even give discounts (Most stores in the food court do if you tell them or they see your lanyard/badge/whatever thing), when even the candy emporium does. Also I know it's the mall, but bubble tea is way cheaper in the other places I've been to in town

This place was absolutely disgusting, very poor customer service, and it very disappointing to me because I was looking forward to finally having a boba place in the mall. The worker we had was a girl and I could hardly even understand what she was saying and when we came up to her politely asking if we could have a refund on the two drinks which was a total of $14.05 which could have been used somewhere else she said we could not, there wasn’t even a sign anywhere in the place saying “no refunds” . We were having such a great day until we we went there. The lady even told us that they had used some ingredients that were old and that that’s why the drinks didn’t taste good, why would you use old ingredients on someones drink who is paying money for it, it doesn’t make any sense. I would put zero stars if I could but unfortunately there’s not one.Would not recommend, save your money and time!
