Favorite coffee shop ever, have been going for years
We waited about 20 minutes for 2 coffee ☕️ drinks and 1 smoothie. We got home and realized the coffee drinks were not what we ordered. We called immediately, and they said we could come in for a new order. We were 20 minutes away. In the end, they did credit our account that we paid with, but I was not comfortable giving my credit card number to a stranger on the phone!!
Service has always been excellent. Menu feels limited, partially because they share business with the bakery next door. The location has never felt hospitable to me. It feels like I'm intruding on the bank next door.

This is the best coffee shop in Rochester! The staff are friendly and great at their jobs. They know us by name and we have never had bad service here in the years we have been customers.
Just the nicest people in the world. They just so happen to serve coffee a delicious sport teas. They have amazing breakfast sandwiches and Moka bites. You gotta try the moka bites. The coffee is always good you can mix and match with different things the customer service is always on par.
This is the best Moka in Rochester, hands down. Polite baristas, consistent creations, very personable staff and everyone seems to love their job!

Always friendly and great service, with fantastic coffee drinks! Sometimes they're is a line but it's because of how great their service and coffee is!
Multiple locations in Rochester. They are always very friendly and make suggestions when needed. I love their jamacian coffee little cream, little sugar when cold outside. Today I got an iced peach earl grey tea. Highly recommend.
