My friends and I visited here for brunch today, and it was packed already, indicating that they contained good quality food. I browsed their menu and was grateful for the fact that they had several items on the menu that they listed out as customer favorite and staff favorite, which made it a very easy choice for me, so I went with the Rotterdam. It was a very savory pannekette with smoked gouda cheese, green peppers, onion, mushrooms, and Mettwurst. Tomatoes and hollandaise sauce have simply elevated the flavor and made it an all-around delicious meal, and I trulu believe going with Mettwurst was the right choice. The Dutch skillet, which my friend had, was very savory as well, but contained relatively the same main ingredients as the Rotterdam while the eggs made the main difference, so the two meals shared a very similar flavor profile. My other friend had the gyro omelette, which I also had, and it was a classic combination of spinach and feta along with gyro meat. We shared a seasonal pannekoeken, which was the fresh strawberry one, and I have to say that I still need to understand what makes a pannenkoek dinstinctly different from an American pancake, other than a different shape and different thickness. Along the syrup, it feels like a regular pancake. My Rotterdam came with a tomato basil soup as well, which was not quite special as it tasted like the same soup from other brunch spots. One highlight I need to mention is that many servers were delivering the dishes running and saying something, which might be a tradition of some sort, and I was amused by it. Overall this is a good, modest spot that I believe local folks from Rochester enjoy a lot!

This place is a must! I just moved to Rochester about 9 months ago and so far this is the best breakfast place we have been to. They are also opened some afternoons but we have only ever ordered breakfast. The atmosphere and staff are also wonderful.

I've eaten here twice in 2 days. Coffee is good, food is amazing. I would drive from South Dakota just to eat here.

Found my new breakfast place of choice. It was my first time eating here, we had waffles, breakfast quesadilla, bacon, and mimosas. It was all amazing, I've never had such a tasty breakfast. Waitress was also quick and very nice. Looking forward to coming back. Edit: came back again to try the actual pannekoken for the first time, and it was absolutely amazing. Did a build-your-own with bacon and sausage and it was just perfect, totally worth every penny and then some.

First time visit and last . Waitress was not personable and not knowledgeable in the menu . The music was absolutely atrocious ! You should never play metal rock Period !!! I was looking for an inviting relaxed meal . Also my potato pancakes tasted like sauerkraut .

Always a fun atmosphere. Yes they serve way more than Pannekoeken, including traditional breakfast. A must do if your are in the area.

The strawberry 🍓 Pannekoeken was so good!! It was the perfect meal for Mother's Day lunch! The bacon and coffee were great too! I will go back again! It was kind of noisy but a good place to go! Delicious food! ❤️

I LOVE the Traditional Dutch Pannekoeken! And the waitress was nice and amazing. They also have beautiful paintings on the wall.

I have been coming to the Mayo Clinic for 34yrs. The Pannenkoeken is a must stop. I’m so happy the were able to have a new location, it’s my first time dining in new location. It’s beautiful and modern. Buleberry Pannenkoeken is just like I remember as a child! I love love love this places. Love that they still call out Pannenkoeken.

I'm not the kind of person who likes a lot of noise and that's part of the atmosphere everybody around talking and there's nothing wrong with that I just needed a quiet moment and for me this wasn't for me I would suggest if you don't have a problem with a little bit of noise of people gathered around talkin this is a great place I just can't hear what I'm doing and can't hear the waitress when everybody around me is talking so for me not good

Naturally well lit and breezy with a Holland-esque ambience! Although the wait can get a little long, it was pretty worth it! Unlike most other places in Rochester, they offer a good variety of eggetarian options! Loved the eggs florentine! They also have some of the best portion sizes. I have tried dine in and take out, definitely feels like dine in would be the way to go with this one! The bottomless coffee and muffins are a must-try! Definitely going back!

Soooooo yummy!! Great coffee, skillets, muffins, and of course, eggs and bacon. This is a hop skip and a jump from MAYO CLINIC . Our server, Kaneesha, was super. Good parking. Prices very reasonable and portions large. We will be back!

I went to this because one of my friend recommended to eat there. I went with my daughter for breakfast. It's adorable, small, very friendly staff. Love those cute cups for drinks. I had the dutch potato pancakes, which was very delicious, not what I was expecting since I do make my own even tho my daughter said she rather have mine ( I think she didn't want to hurt my feelings), My daughter had the breakfast quesadilla which she loves. I want to come back and try their famous pannekoeken eventually.

It's a cute little place, they got most of the order wrong but the food was still good and you could tell it was a hard day for the staff, they were very kind just a little frazzled. They had very good muffins.

I got the Rodeo burger and it was very very good! The muffin there is also the best one I HAVE EVER HAD. It is so soft, warm, and sticky and it tastes almost like cake but better. GO HERE...

Fantastic experience for my wife and I eating in your restaurant. I'm so glad that I could have the original apple pannekoeken since it's been years when I had the last one in Minneapolis when there were the Pannekoeken Haus restaurants.
