Bathrooms are small and not able to fit my entire family. Coffee smell was offensive to my youngest and we had to leave her in the hot car. Unfortunately, on our way out, we were accosted outside by a growing crowd of concerned bystanders who were peering into the car at our newly deceased child. Thankfully, being so close to Mayo, funeral services were cheap. As we were walking away from the incinerator, I saw a ghost child standing in the hallway. It has haunted me. As I write this review from prison, the ghost child is in the room with me, forever reminding of the inadequate care and treatment of the cafe calling itself Caribou Coffee.

My husband and I came to Mayo Clinic from Michigan, where he needed to be admitted to the hospital. It was right in front of the Caribou coffee shop. In michigan they took caribou out, we don’t have this favorite place of mine no more. So long story short Heather one of the managers found two bags of Early Grey Tea that I love, that Caribou carries. She drove to my hotel and dropped it off for me. I have never met such a kind hearted beautiful soul like Heather. She is a kind very caring soul. I am so grateful that there are people in the world like her. Thank you Heather and thank you Caribou. Love a dedicated customer

Okay 😂 Let me start with, I didn’t know this was a chain, so when I got my food and drinks I was surprised by the low quality. I ordered the maple waffle sandwich, and a blended vanilla matcha. Waffle is aight, service was good, blended matcha was mild and not blended with enough ice, but had okay flavor. Overall, decent but overpriced for the quality. Your cups say “Life is short. Stay awake for it” and we’re across the street from the Mayo Clinic 😂😭😂

I stopped by for a coffee and since I have been a perks member for a long time requested for a beverage size upgrade for my drink. The lady at the counter (not mentioning was rude and unwilling to listen) took my order and my mobile number (I assumed would be for the beverage size upgrade). She still went on to prepare my coffee for a size I didn’t want in the first place and when I asked, was very rude to reply “ I couldn’t hear you!”. I think this behavior speaks volumes. Would never recommend this outlet. I have had better service at other outlets.
