I like that they still have the natural food section separate from the rest of it. this makes it so much easier to find gluten-free items and organic foods. Coborns has recently opted to combine it all into the general grocery area and it makes it so much harder to figure out if they carry something or not. Hugos also has quite the variety of drinks in the coolers which is nice for those hot summer days.

Went in at 12:40 and very little choices to pick from in the bakery for bread products

They leave expired goods out in the dairy section at full price, always out of fried chicken at prime times of the day.

I purchased a package of 6 chocolate frosted cake donuts from their fresh bakery. The frosting was liquifying and the cake of the donut tasted like rancid grease. It was terrible. I have had decent bakery products before but I usually stick with baked or pre made items. You should not only taste grease with a fresh donut.

We shopped at EGF and it's been awhile since we've been in the area. STILL same great selection, prices, convenience, and home town atmosphere. We even got to see Bradley who's worked there for 22 years!! He is the BEST and I recommend him for some high level benefits ($$raise?) Thanks Hugo's for making our shopping a delight!

Hugo’s still wants customers to wear masks and are requiring employees. Just stop the stupidity already!

I think Hugo's has a good positive energy , the employees seem to get along with each other very well for such young attractive crew.... Must be aliens from space

Very clean store. Everyone we encountered was expecting polite. Highly satisfied with what I came in for. Things are definitely not super cheap here, but can't complain. Overall I think everyone is doing great. Clean store with stocked shelf's. A few empty cases, but it is evening time; so that's expected. Keep up the great work guys!

The store is very clean. The staff appears to be well trained as I did not see anyone just standing around. The shelves were well maintained and stocked. The produce section was fresh and maintained. The bakery section had a good selection. The deli was clean and well maintained. Stop by whenever you are in the area.

Sad that I have to write this. I have a service dog that I have been training for two years to aid in my disabilities, his tasks include retrieving medication, body blocking and stability. I tried walking into the store tonight and the gentleman at the front was really staring at my dog (my dog was extremely well behaved like usually) and I asked “Is there a problem?” And the guy responded with “I’ll see what they say at the front.” Not sure what that’s supposed to mean..? Meanwhile in the store the employees all kept staring and an employee made the remark “I hate dogs, they shouldn’t be here.” Really not necessary!

They don't allow medical exceptions for face masks. Some people like myself are unable to wear them or wear only for little bits at a time.

I was kicked out of here today for not having a mask on not that it's any of there business but a medical condition that I have wearing a mask or anything over my face isn't a option the management where very rude
