1. All of the workers that were here at 11:30am-12:00pm on May 28th, 2023 in the Park Rapid’s Hugo’s were working at a snail’s pace. In the application it specifically says it is a fast paced environment, yet none of these ladies worked at a fast pace. 2. I asked for no whipped cream on my campfire cooler since I’m severely lactose intolerant. They made it with whipped cream, and when I gently corrected their mistake they didn’t remake it, just scraped off the whipped cream(and didn’t add the now-missing drizzle and marshmallows). 3. They forgot about my cakepop and when I asked for it they had an attitude. It was doughy when I took a bite :(. I’ve worked in fast food and know what it’s like to work in this environment, and they were NOT fit for it. Very upset at this interaction :(

I'm over the costly coffee unless I'm in a bind. If I'm able to make my own else were for a 1/4 of the price; I try to do that.

Went there today and met the snobbiest little girl I’ve ever met in customer service. She had blonde hair and glasses I believe . So rude and when I said thank you she took a big sigh and said “yup” and making smart remarks while I was ordering I can see why this place is always closed . The energy was gross
Coffee was more like water. Yep gross.
Barista took my order. I paid, and she knew the order for guy behind me and made his drink first. Stopped and talked with someone else swore in front of my children, then proceeded to make our drinks and asked us to drink out of them before putting the lid on so they didn't overflow.

Never had a bad experience here always great coffee and will choose here before Starbucks!
Pros: conveniently located inside the local grocery store, has seating available, drinks are decent. Cons: not a lot of variety in the menu, hours are subject to change due to staffing issues (so you never know 100% that they'll be open), it's right by the exit for the grocery store so you have to be on alert for carts if you're in a longer line.
When I die, send me to wherever I can have caribou coffee ☕️🤤🤩

It said on the website you were open until 7:00pm on Friday night 9/9/2022. I got up to the counter at 5:51pm the gal said you were closed. On the sign on the counter it said 6:00pm, they closed early because it wasn't busy enough!! Well, with inconsistent hours you will just keep losing business.
