Now that this place isn’t the only bakery in town I can finally say I’m happy they exist and offer an option to people who have a taste for low quality baked goods.

This is a great bakery with great quality baked goods. Due to popularity of certain items such as caramel rolls and cinnamon rolls, they may run out early. However, you can order them ahead of time.

Was difficult to find the entrance here. Enter from the parking lot and you'll find a door in the middle of the building. Smell of fresh baked goods here is AMAZING! Seemed to be a pretty good lunch crowd and was impressed with the the menu. Not your ordinary bakery here folks. Large variety of freshly baked breads. Some of which I'd never even heard of. Did get a delicious baguette that was wonderfully crunchy on the outside with a soft, delicious interior. One of the best baguettes we've ever eaten! Will definitely return for croissants and quiche! Little spendier than we would have thought however, the quality is well worth it.

I'm drawn here because their baked items are made fresh each day and - handcrafted breads and pastries without preservatives. That’s remarkable in today’s world. You can pick up day-old baked items at reduced prices; but I prefer to go early and buy what’s fresh out of the oven. Nothing tastes as good as that. It’s nice for lunches, too. The Café Selection, especially sandwiches, use the bread they make and fill them with tasty combinations. It’s an ideal spot to take your children, catch up with friends, or as I do, host a business coffee, and/or often get something to go. Check out the community table – it really shows great support and loyalty to local residents. The pastry section, since I am such a scone connoisseur, is my favorite. There is no missing the “just-baked” flavor that makes them worth the calories. Every time I’m there I see people buying their caramel nut rolls – only my mom’s recipe beats them 😊. There are made with lots of butter and are chucked full of caramel. While you can purchase them with & without nuts, we prefer the nut version. It’s also very nice that these and many other items re for sale and in both mini and large sizes. The staff are vey friendly, this is something that I find is more common in small towns. I enjoy the chat about menu options, how the food is made, the baking schedule, and why they are so proud of their coffee. Check out this video where I’m filming, and the bakers are so pleasant and waving so friendly. It's a easy to go place for people with wheelchairs. You can enter in the back parking lot and not have to deal with any stair steps or ramp.

Delicious butter croissant, a very different blueberry muffin, not mushy and oversweetened, but crispy and delicious. All home baked, huge selection. Good coffee, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. Really great.

People need to temper their frustration over cost with value of quality...my wife and I are in our mid 60's and for more than 25 years we've seen the many evolutionary changes concerning this issue, especially in the food industry. Brick Oven provides us a choice between, healthy and fun food, well prepared over mass produced items. My suggestion to people who critique this, need to either adjust their spending behavior to enjoy a great experience, or go to Walmart and by a loaf of Wonderbread. Travel to Europe and you'll appreciate what Brick Oven comes close to offering in baked goods. Thank you staff of Brick Oven

All of the food was great except for the beet salad because the pecans had way to much honey on them. The employees were very nice and the wait was small to get our food. I would recommend if you want a lunch on the go.

This place has been on a steady decline since Julie sold it and then quit working there. The caramel roll, once something that could have been featured on the Food Network is a sorry shadow of its old greatness. I couldn't even finish it today, the caramel tastes like chemical and it is not worth anywhere near $5.90. I understand cutting back on quality and raising prices in the current inflationary period, but $5.90 for an inedible pastry is ridiculous at best. The service is also unfriendly every time I go. This morning one of the women looked at me and walked away as I stood at the register. This, sadly, was my last visit.

Food is absolutely wonderful and staff always have a friendly smile to share. The caramel rolls are our favorite and we get them pretty much every week. Go check them out!

Perfect little bakery with a great selection. Best cream cheese danish I have ever had! My kids devoured their muffins. My husband enjoyed his dark roast drip coffee. Can’t wait to try our wild rice bread.

Good selection of baked goods. I bought a loaf of honey rye and a cinnamon coffee cake. Good and fresh
