COFFEEE! My wife always goes here every day if for some reason she can't then I stop to get her favorite drink for her.
I ordered a drink with no ice for $9 for a large and they gave me a medium with a half filled drink along with the people in the drive thru were not nice at all.

We enjoyed coffee here today. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. And the best coffee and croissants.
Drinks were awesome. Staff in the window of the drive thru was not personable at all. Very unlike the coffee shop staff.
It's getting out of hand coffee is ridiculously expensive 7.11 for a medium Carmel high rise
Wish i Had a Caribou like this closer to home. Bagels are the best as well. If your looking for a comfy place to meet up- this is it.
Ordered a kids hot chocolate for my child today and it burned his mouth. I took a sip and it burned mine as well. A kids got chocolate is supposed to be wayyy cooler than an adult drink. Then they tried to give the same one back with ice cubes. I don’t want a watered down hot chocolate. Do better. You could’ve seriously hurt my kid for not making the drink correct. -Sincerely, Past caribou employee

Stood at counter for a long time. Nobody even acknowledged me because they were focused on drive through. Finally guy comes from back with his gloves on for cooking. Handled the register with same gloves, then went back to food with the same gloves. Common sense to take the gloves off at register. People do not understand food safety. Drink was good. Girls working were not friendly. Bathroom completely out of papertowels and toliet paper. Poor management.
Ordered a medium roast coffee, grilled cheese, Turkey provolone sandwich. Coffee was cold, grilled cheese was like warm and the cheese wasn’t melted and Turkey sand had one piece of Turkey, 3 piece of small spinach and cold cheese.
Awesome and friendly all the time.. better than Starbucks for sure ;)
Dark roast coffee and bagles are fresh and flavorful to my taste buds. Enjoy the interior seating but don't look down. You will realize your walking on trash. They could use training on how to pick up after dirty customers. Better yet, customers should learn how to clean up after themselves.
Don’t go there if you expect customer service or your order right! Very rude employees!
Takes a lot for me to complain, but this was ridiculous . I told the girls this is not the way it supposed to look. They disagreed.. Please start charging for half cups of nitro if your going to make pours like this. I also would like my dollar and change tip back. Thanks for ruining my day caribou .
I used to love this location. Did not mind the wait- it was worth it. That being said, the rude drive through service is another thing. I make a point to say thank you and tip - they work hard. The man at the drive through will NOT say thank you. He is rude EVERY time. At least they thank me when I go to Starbucks
We got there 2 minutes to close last night. I know I know don't be that guy that makes them work and stay late because it the end of their shift. But we were just going to order 1 cup of coffee and go. A three minute process and then you get a tip. But instead of us getting our coffee or being polite to us. The person behind the counter lied to my face. She said it's already past closing. She and I both look at the clock and she said "see I told you". I'm fine with not getting coffee because it's so close to closing but the attitude I could go without. Especially since I didn't get any coffee.
Well i gave them a second chance to make my drinks right, i was there a few weeks ago and my drinks were terrible. Now they did replace them but the new ones weren't good. The coffee was really bitter and the vanilla white mocha was not right. I feel terrible about this review because i absolutely love caribou!!
Very busy but still very quick. With a line out the door and a drive through line spilling out onto the street, we still got our stuff within 5 minutes of ordering which is extremely impressive, especially considering the wonderful quality Food and beverage was delicious, probably some of the best I've ever had from these companies The building was clean and well stocked and nice Workers were friendly 10/10 would recommend
I was bummed that they don't have pumpernickel bagels anymore. I also couldn't get lettuce and tomato on my bagel. They said it was because of covid but it didn't make sense that they were able to spread cream cheese on my bagel. If it was because of covid then they would have given me a single closed serving of cream cheese with plastic knife so I had to do it myself. Not gonna lie, I was disappointed.
