Employees working could take a class in customer service. A smile and sorry for the inconvenience can go a long way. Just saying

What a wonderful to have in the buffalo area and also to have gas station stuff inside.
I love this gas station, the staff make it the brightest place to go. Pete knows literally every one, by name as well as the rest the staff really go out there way for us. I am very appreciative that they all run such a tight ship. I wish I could give them more stars.
Sketchy, especially at night.
I am not normally one to review a gas station. But this one was very bad. If you work in a trade, you know that Holiday is typically a better option than Speedway or BP as far as cleanliness. But this Holiday was disgusting. Trashes outside were all overflowing. The restroom was a mess, both toilets were nasty and one was clogged. There were three young girls behind the counter chatting, looking out the window and generally not paying any mind to the store. A thief could have cleared the place out and they wouldn't have known about it. Go to the speedway down the road, in this case.
4 people behind the counter. 1 at the register. I walk up and borh registers have 👈👉 at them. I am just trying to walk in and pay for my gas. 10 minutes later... VERY PooR customer check out service. I don't even think it deserves 1 star.
The coffee is the best. You should try it.
Pumps work 50% of the time. Why even have the wash pass. Car wash never open. Since Don mills left the place is a. Dump managed by a useless blonde. No apologize she didn't even know it was not open Useless!
I was just in there in the lady with the long red hair her name is Hannah very nice. But the other girl with dark long hair horrible shoes around as she'd rather Have a conversation with her friends then help the customers that were in line. Not once did she notice that there was A-line up of customers. She sat and whispered and how to conversation with Her friends
Customer service is horrible most days. The guy with the black glasses and younger girl with long hair are absolutely terrible. I always thought the customer comes first, not in this case. Oh I cant help you I have to get this done first or they just walk away with 5+ people waiting in line and only leave one cashier. Pretty sad. I feel like I'm borthing the staff by coming in and getting a drink or gas. Need to be retrained
Very convenient, clean and well organized. The staff are professional and polite, I prefer this place over Kwik trip and the cub card gas deal is great.
I waited in line for 5 minutes before the other staff decided that she should help. Very rude and proceeded to help someone else because one of my lottery tickets wasn't scratched just so. (Which took me a total of 6 seconds) to scratch. Will not go back!
Got my fishing license there, it was quick and easy and the staff were nice.
Mentioned they were running low on cream for their coffee. Got my head ripped of by, I believe, some sort of manager. Shortlady with red hair. She argued with me when I mentioned how rude she was. I didnt even make the statement to her, I had mentioned it to the cashier, and not rudely either. The cashier was very friendly, even gave me my coffee for free. Rude lady told me they have been extremely busy and didnt have time to get to the creamers. Because that is great customer service. I usually have a decent experience here, today not so much. She needa to learn how to say "I am very sorry ma'am, I will get to that." Customer service is a skill, and she doesnt have it.
Dont understand how they never jot a food ready. Was there a couple weeks ago at 130 PM and nothing and just stopped there tonight at 630pm and nothing for food watched 4 people walk up and walk away while 3 guys stand behind the counter talking last time until an update!
Usually a decent place, could get better ICEE’s like SA, nice sandwiches, and I went in last night asked for them to take $3 out of my $20 to partially pay for my stuff and some blonde lady working was really bitchy to me about it saying it would “unbalance the till” like she doesn’t know basic math or something and I did not like her customer service skills one bit. Maybe practice teaching better customer service in your training program. If you even have one.

It's a gas station. Usually young, inexperienced people working. Just sharp enough to push the buttons, not great in the help department.
