They're really nice and patient when I have to do multiple transactions
I love this place!
So I had just ordered 5 shots of espresso paid for it left, I looked in the cup and I had barely any espresso, so I went back through the line and re ordered "2" shots of espresso. Tell me why I got more from my two shots at 2.28, then 5 shots at 4.80 somthin. This happens alot when I order espresso getting a ridiculously small ammount of espresso for 5 dollars
This used be my favorite store. Disappointed to say, the last few times I’ve been here my drinks have been very watered down. Quite a bit of money to spend for coffee water.

Coffee, coffee, coffee, coffee... The ladies at the window know how to treat an old lady ☺️. I don't mind waiting, which is usually short. Thank you gals...
Love this place and it has always been 5 stars. Now that they have raised their prices again, I got a feeling a lot of people will be going back to Starbucks. My drink is $2 cheaper at Starbucks and my wife's drink is $2.50 cheaper. Please stop raising your prices
I hate coffee, but I got hot chocolate and my Grandson got coffee drink.
This is the worst caribou around. Every single time it’s all ICE with maybe 4 sips of coffee. They don’t get the order right EVER and you have to remind them what a hot drink and a cold drink is. Apparently they don’t know the difference. Thanks for never giving me a straw too. If you want a $5 dollar cup of ice with a sip of coffee this is the place! Do better. Seriously. What a joke.
Come here now and again before heading into work. The ladies here are extremely friendly!

Caribou’s new Cabin Cafe/coffee stops are pretty darn cool I got to say! 😎😎 I needed a power booster and run into this little Cabin on the side Hwy 10 in Big lake Mn. Hey! Just what I needed! ☕️☕️🤩😎 The girls there super friendly! Nice, +++ got me a nice super hot Americano ☕️ and I am ready to continue my journey! Great job guys! Cheers!!
Good coffee but expensive
Only the second time I have visited here but both times I’ve received lukewarm drip coffee. Must be a quality control issue because no other Caribou locations allow for this because they’re supposed to use timers. I do not recommend you stop here even though it may be convenient. Update: I know it may look good, but customer relations hasn’t done anything either.
I was there late Monday afternoon and ordered a hot campfire mocha. I was the only customer in line. The guy at the window handed me what felt like something ice cold but in a hot cup. I opened it up and it was cold milk with whipped cream. No toppings. Nothing. I went back and asked them if they heard my drink correctly and they replied YUP to which I had to explain what I recieved. They remade it and said nothing. Looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one who recieved a "cup of milk" and terrible service either. The morning girls are usually wonderful but I can't say the same about the evening crew. Very disappointing...
I was in there last night. Got a coffee to drink this morning. I stupidly did not check it before I drove away. Got it out to heat it up. And it's a glass of milk!!! What is the protocol for this? I just bought a $7.00 glass of milk.
Cabin location. Going down hill quick. Not sure why we can not get quality businesses in Big Lake. Quality and consistency are horrible at this cabin which is weird as they have a machine that makes the coffee now. Half the time they are crabby here and act like they are forced to be there. I'll drive into Monticello or the Dine in location in from now on. 90 percent of the employees here are crabby all the time. Not sure why I keep leaving tips. They aren't earning them. I been here 100s of times and from now on will go elsewhere or Kwik Trip. Caribou your coffee use to be worth it.
Take it from a former regular dont come here.
Live their craft cold brew. Staff is always friendly and fast.
