I came into pick up a multiple gift cards to give to teachers for teacher appreciation week. I asked for a receipt for each card at the beginning of the transaction. Cashier didn’t give me one- then I asked for sleeves (so I could write in the sleeves to communicate the amount on the card) and they proceeded to tell me they didn’t have any of those… I asked for a receipt and they wouldn’t give me one for each card. At one point- all three of them were basically told me they was nothing they could do- it seemed like such a simple fix but they didn’t want to be corporative. At the very least, they could’ve offered me a marker to mark the cards. Staff seemed rude and unprepared- Next year I will pick different gifts to distribute.
I ordered a Vanilla Matcha latte. It was the worst tasting Matcha latte I have ever gotten at Caribou. Go to the Caribou Cabin down the road.
Good experiences at this location. Never too busy, can always find seating.
Best coffee shop I have ever been to because of the baristas that work there. These young adults that work there are some pretty genuine people.
The staff have always been friendly, but it is even more appreciated, as they reopen from covid closure.
Works great as a 2nd office. Friendly staff, plenty of room.

Good service, I like mild roast however.
Poor service.. my mother's order was wrong.. gave her a hot coffee when she had ordered a cold press do they fixed it.. I ordered a Large nitrogen cold press.. was given a small.. when I told the one staff member I had ordered a Large one she quite snotily replied "it only comes in one size" which then I replied "the cashier didn't tell me that, I don't want it and I want my money back" Got my money back but the Asst. Mgr. was very rude about it.. ruined my experience there😠
