This is such a great place! The drinks are creative and delicious and service is always friendly. I even signed up for their coffee bean subscription and the owners hand deliver it themselves. It's obvious they care about their customers and community. I love that they display local artwork and often have different vendor events. Keep up the great work!
My husband and I went to this coffee shop when we first moved to Big Lake. I immediately fell in love! They have tasty food, and the coffee is amazing. They make their own syrups too, which is nice. One thing I like is that they have about 6 new drinks each season -3x coffee drinks, 3x non-coffee drinks. Those are always fun to try. They also have a pay it forward wall that I think is great. Ember's baristas are always so friendly and welcoming. I've made some friends just by being a regular. The staff truly cares about the customers and the quality of their items. I usually just drink dark roast coffee, so I will only review what I know. The coffee I get is the best. Also the staff is super friendly and efficient. The shop itself has tons of seating, and also great outside seating. There are two always clean restrooms too!.
Fantastic local coffee shop! Food was outstanding, staff very welcoming, and inside has plenty of room to relax. Breakfast burrito and white chocolate lavender mocha were great!

This is my favorite coffee shop. This is the only place that will get my order right every time. The employees are also very sweet, I've never had an issue with them. It's always very clean and has plenty of space to sit. They also have a playroom for kids which is great. I love to come with my 5 month old and she can play while I enjoy my coffee.
Great coffee, homemade syrups, specialty recipes, plenty of "non-coffee" options, snacks, ice cream (!) and food available - and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I have had a co-working membership with Ember since October of 2022. It's a wonderful space where I host women's bible studies. Ember Coffee Co-Working has been so welcoming and accommodating to the needs of this group. It truly is a partnership in making space for community to feel at home. I appreciate Ember for their friendly homey atmosphere. I am thankful that my home town of Big Lake is a recipient of Ember's presence and mission.
This is my favorite coffee shop. Don't expect them to crank out your drink in 3 minutes, it's made with love by awesome people. If you're in a rush get the app and order ahead. The ethically sourced beans are roasted in store, and it shows in the quality of the beverage. On top of that, the owners are awesome people. They took the time to learn my name! They didn't have to do that, I would have come back regardless lol.
I was excited for a local coffee shop and we came here a lot. I won't be coming here anymore. Be better. You’re a small town coffee shop, be a part of the small town, instead of hurting the people who live here.
Absolutely LOVE ember coffee! My new favorite go to coffee shop. The staff there is so welcoming and friendly. The shop is so cute and a great atmosphere. I recommend the Humboldt- iced- with extra caramel!
So the first thing I noticed was the overwhelmingly welcoming vibe the employees gave me right when I walked into the coffee shop. The place is beautifully decorated with a lot of different options to choose from on their menu. I asked the barista to give me her favorite menu on the item, and she did not disappoint! Absolutely delicious and one of the best croissants I have had in mn. The coffee had these cute little strawberries on top and was so yummy! I had a nice seating area next to the window and got to enjoy my coffee with some good company. 10/10 recommend this place❤️
First time in and I will definitely be back! Staff was so helpful picking my drink, the environment is so fun & the coffee was delicious!!

I love this place!! The coffee is exceptionally good, and atmosphere is very welcoming. The Humboldt is my favorite drink, and also the matcha latte is also sooo good. Definitely worth it
Great place to sit down and stay awhile, very cozy and plenty of seating. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. A weekly stop for me and will continue to be. I typically order drip coffee or a latte-- only suggestion is to continue working on milk steaming routine, sometimes lattes are over aerated. Impressed with coffee roasting.

The coffee is outstanding but the staff is why I keep coming back. They are so friendly and remember you when you come in.
