I went here for the first time today. My order "sounds" complicated, but it isn't. It's just very specific. And to be rudely told -to my face- that my drink order is special and will be made after the other customers...is incredibly insulting and makes me increasingly disgusted with Caribou Coffee. No, I don't need a manager to reach out. No, I don't need customer service to reach out. Yes, I think you need to take a management course. Yes, I think you need to learn empathy. I won't be returning, and no response you provide is going to welcome a positive response, so I'd recommend not sharing your thoughts. Caribou Coffee is a huge name, but...the people that work here are rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be recommending this company (let alone this storefront) to anyone for coffee. If I want someone to be rude to me, I'll go somewhere that actually wants to make my drink, at the very least. Note, the drink I asked for was a 16 oz. quad shot white chocolate mocha with oat milk, no whip, extra hot, double cupped. That isn't DIFFICULT, it's just a lot of specificity...
Their coffee is so good. I always get the hot turtle mocha when I visit.

Honestly the workers here are amazing and so sweet they also get your drinks done extremely fast I just wish i could get drinks delivered since i dont have a car but other wise 10/10 hopefully once it warms up ill be able to order more :)
Lovely facility! Well kept, especially for being attached to a gas station. It was our first time at a Caribou. The girls gave suggestions, and we loved our drinks! Thank you!!
It was bitter
Staff did a lot of talking and forgot my order.had top all where my drinks.tables was dirty and its ti many staff members in that small area not to constantly clean tables during our covid times.they said that reason why we was sitting there waiting was because tue machine was broke,but our drinks was rite there sitting.they must understand they work for a buisness that provides good customer service.
It's too bad it's the only Caribou in Albert Lea Because every time we stopped in We either get handed the wrong person's coffee and or have to wait at least 10 min...the girls are consumed on how nails and hair look versus getting people out fast with the right order.

My order is always right, pretty quick, and given with a smile.
I would say 3/4 of the time my drink is incorrect or just tastes off. They also regularly forget to apply perks, such as a free size upgrade, etc, even if I remind them.
It was busy. But still got my coffee in a timely manner.
Good MN staple wife had to stop there on our trip to MN and we enjoyed it. Good coffee but their pastries are not the greatest.

My personal opinion is Starbucks is better
