The barristas at the 44th and Ivanrest store are FANTASTIC. When we walk through the door, they start my soy milk immediately. And they both created and named a drink for me. Gotta love fabulous customer service and delicious drinks.
Traveling to Chicago and visited the Biggby in South Haven. It's only a drive thru and line was out to the road. We almost didn't go thinking it would be long wait but chanced it. It went VERY fast and the frozen drink we got was excellent.
There was a a giveaway today accept it took awhile to get to the window for service.
I used to love Biggby when I lived in Kalamazoo. These people can’t seem to get a single order right. I’m disappointed every time I go, I order without bacon and they give it to me EVERY. TIME! I don’t eat red meat -_- I’ll never be going to a Biggby again.
Most of the Bigby employees are nice.
Received coffee at the drive thru. My cup was filled to the absolute rim - resulting in coffee all over my cup holder and dash. To do that at the drive thru is NOT cool!

The new drive thru only location is awful. Literally stuck in line for half an hour before ordering. The drive way is not wide enough to leave. You are literally stuck!
Pulled into Biggby today for 4 iced coffees. The drive-thru had a little bit of a line but we thought “how long could it be, it’s coffee.” Fast forward over an hour later, we are trapped in the drive-thru lane with obstructions on either side providing no means of escape — Biggby had us in her clutches. At this point we are sweating watching the customers at the walk-up window get served within 15 minutes. We finally get to the window and they ask us to give them a tip (???) and hand us our coffees which are of course wrong. When we tell them they are wrong, they say “no they’re not,” as if they expect us to say “okay” and toss them a Hamilton as we drive away. All this to say, if you want to wait a really long time for sub-par (dare I say bad) coffee and even worse service then Biggby is the place for you. Otherwise your better off growing your own beans and roasting them yourself, it would probably be faster. The only positive thing to come from this experience is the next time I think about pulling into a Biggby coffee I’ll remember to throw it in reverse and go literally anywhere else.
One of the best coffee places no doubt but had the most unpleasant experience of all my time going to biggy, "I go all the time" the cashier at 4:20 4:50 was the most disrespectful biggy worker I've ever encountered from telling me my order was different prices depending how I paid, to telling me 50's and 100's aren't accepted in south Haven like I'm a tourist and saying everyone uses fake 50's and 100's not giving me my card back then arguing about it another employee had to point out my card was in her possession the cashier's then talking about me in the back saying I was just mad when all I did was make an order and ask why don't you accept cash? Telling me signs are posted all over didn't see one that was visible at all. I would definetly go to the biggy downtown until this un enthusiastic worker is dealt with as she definitely can make what you want to be a good experience a bad one.
I don’t know what happened I used to go to The walk-in store all the time and my order was always perfect I’ve gone to the drive-through maybe a dozen times and over half of the time my drink or sandwich was wrong… I think today was my last shot farewell Biggby!
I’m not sure where the hype comes from. I thought it tasted like the lattes you get from the machines at a gas station. If you like sugar-laced lattes this is probably the type of place for you. The drink sizes were also huge so if you want more for your money this is definitely the place. The medium was 20 ounces. Everyone drinks coffee differently and so I’m not saying it was bad (necessarily), just not for me.
Pull into the drive through and didn’t know it was going to take 28 minutes to move 4 cars to get to the order speaker. The first words from the girls mouth is thanks for your patience we'll be back to you. Wait another 5 minutes before they ask you what you want. Really? C’mon it’s coffee. You know water coffee beans. Get it and go? Not here. You could order a cup of coffee on Amazon and get it faster than this place. If you have absolutely no life get in line here and break out a calendar.
New store location looks nice, but is so poorly designed due to no access to parking which forces you to use drive thru. 20 minutes to get 2 ice coffees via drive thru.
Let's talk about the positives, drink was hot and it was in fact 24 oz. The negatives, don't have time. I will be avoiding this location like the Rona. Take care.
