Friendly staff—and Bigby drinks are the same wherever you go (a plus!)... but without exaggeration, please note that in my experience, this location has the slowest drive-through in the Kalamazoo/Portage area! When asking the staff about the wait time, they said, "It's faster to come in!" (Understood!)

Biggby has some of the best coffee hands down! The sweet foam Carmel cold brew is FANTASTIC! The drive-through staff are always wanting to have a kind word with you, however, the drive-through service is not always the fastest.

I tried going inside because out of all the biggby locations we go to. This one is always the slowest drive through. I tried going inside and I would say it safe to say stick to the drive through inside takes longer and the don't interact with you like other locations do.

I thought It was a one off previously. But now I confirm it (three times I have tried the place now) Unfriendly people in here they might need to add their vocab. Something like greeting expressions….. this would be the last time they get my money. It can certainly be spent somewhere else with a smile. Rudeness is contagious and you don’t want to start your day off with this. Yuk.

In the drive thru for 20 minutes before giving up. Watching people go in and out of the door. Only 2 other cars ahead and yet it was that hard for employees to make coffee. It wasn't that busy, 10:30 on a Saturday morning.

Slowest drive thru ever. 13 minutes from speaker to getting my coffee with one person at the drive thru window. My order was just a americano. It shouldn’t take that long.

This is the most frustratingly 50/50 Biggby location in the Kalamazoo/Portage area; It is always a gamble whether or not you’ll get good service and actually edible products. Some days, there’s a crew working inside that makes everything faster than you thought was possible. They take your order, and by the time you’ve pulled out your phone to stand there and wait for it, they're passing it over the counter to you. They make friendly conversation, they make you feel welcome, and they make phenomenal drinks and food. Other days, every single person behind that counter seems to have no perception of time. They fill drinks at their own pace, regardless of the rush that inevitably comes in at the same time every day. They are unfriendly, and often give the impression they would much rather be anywhere else. Their slow speed is unjustified further by the low quality of the drinks and food they produce. Just this morning (08/06/2022), I went through the drive-thru for a drink. I arrived before the rush, yet still had to wait 7 minutes to get up to the ordering speaker, before being told I would be helped soon as they prioritized every single person who walked into the store well after I had already arrived, rather than a proper first in, first out. In total, the interaction that should’ve lasted ten minutes tops took 20 and the matcha oat milk latte I received for my patience was just disgusting. Watered down green oat milk, barely any matcha flavor; horrible considering I paid nearly $8 dollars for it. In short, this location can be a fantastic spot for a quick breakfast or lunch, but good luck running the gamble of ending up standing there for too long and being late to wherever you’re headed next.
