Very good coffee.
Good coffee, smoothies are okay. The seating and atmosphere is nice with outdoor seating as well. Service is good and the drive through is convenient when you need a quick grab. Food is actually decent as well.
This place is great! The coffee and food are good. They have plenty of room for seating and a clever floor plan that reduces noise. There are 3 seating areas: main floor, sub floor, and loft. When I visited on a Saturday afternoon, there were about 20 people seated and talking or using laptop computers. I sat in the loft area to eat lunch and chat without shouting over kitchen noise and other conversations, and it worked!
Love waterstreet but this location is slower than molasses. Waited in line 10 min for a cold brew. Literally had to leave the drive through so I wasn’t late. This isn’t the first time this happened. Just the first time I was frustrated enough to review
Poor treatment of staff ruins any establishment for me...
They replaced starbucks as my go-to coffee joint.
Was in the area on a trip and decided to stop by to get some coffee and breakfast. People were nice, coffee was okay, but the breakfast was not a good experience. First.. $8 for a sandwich with only egg and cheese? That’s crazy. My husband’s breakfast sandwich had only 1/3 of his top bun present and it was filled of bell peppers which he can’t eat and it wasn’t displayed on the menu. I got an overpriced breakfast burrito which was good but it was filled with onions which I can’t have and AGAIN it was NOT displayed on the menu. Make sure you’re ready to spend a bunch of money for mediocre food.
Beautiful atmosphere. Had a good time playing chess with others. Had a yummy blueberry hibiscus cold brew and a vegetarian strata.
Great coffee and a great environment for conversation or remote work!
Vegan black bean and sweet potato burrito was excellent. A little spiciness to it. Also had a sweet & spicy chai latte with oat milk.
Best local coffee spot around. Great location to study or meet.
My latte tasted horrible,the wife's chi tea was cold
It’s fine but Water Street is overpriced for the quality of the coffee.
Pending number of customers can be a little low noisy but a great place to meet friends or collaborate with others.
Absolutely perfect experience evertime. Waterstreet never fails the quality of service and food is superior as well as a continually bright and joyfully and relaxing environment. I'm always in love. going always makes the whole rest of my day as I'm sure it does for everyone who does
Utterly disappointed that you can't just have a good bagel with butter and honey and a good hot coco. Staff was super friendly and the atmosphere is top notch otherwise.
I had the French soda with lavender and raspberry and it was perfect.
Great food and coffee drinks. Pretty pricey but it's good stuff.
Drive-thru takes a little bit of time occasionally but it's overall fine.
Friendly staff with positive attitudes and good service!
