the billing doesn't know how to void a transaction, they have wrongly charged which they recognized but they replied sorry you made the payment already, ridiculous they don't know how to void a transaction

Friendly staff and wide selection of coffee. My mocha cold brew with sweet cream foam was so good and the everything bagel sandwich was super good too. Would definitely go to a Biggby Coffee again!

As per usual I love this coffee shop. I love the trivia questions and the employees are always very welcoming.

The staff at this location are completely dismissive of peoples orders and preferences. Don’t expect to get Oat milk or modifications to your breakfast sandwich even though you pay them extra. All the girls working are rude and constantly on their phone behind the counter.
I do like customer service here. Could work on cleanliness as there was old whipped topping on the plexiglass.
All the girls take great care of me and the rest of the bischs staff next door everyday . Couldn't ask for a better staff.

Your Saturday afternoon (1 pm) employees are useless. I asked for a medium coffee with 1 cream and 3 sugars. She gave me black coffee. I requested for cream and sugar, she filled up the cup with half cream and no sugar. I said that’s too much cream, she dumped half cup and added coffee. Gave me the sugar container. Then my bagel was frozen. We went back in and asked that it be toasted. She put it in the microwave and gave it back all soggy. I went back in and asked for a refund, she along with the other employee started showing me attitude and making me feel like it was all my fault!
It was okay. We order the same order we got from another Biggby when we were in town and it taste as if they didn't add much or anything we asked for. But 4 stars for the name because the other one we went to was great and if they added we asked for I feel it would've been just as great.
