Slow, frozen egg on my waffle sandwich, and didn’t tell me how much it was. Customer service was ok.
Great coffee and great service
Service was great, everyone was fast and efficient. Atmosphere was… my own car. As for food, all I ordered was a brewed coffee. It was weak and bitter. I ended up dumping most of it out because I couldn’t drink it, which is a shame because it was pretty expensive for just a cup of black coffee ($3). I’m sure the fancy drinks are great, but unfortunately if all you want is coffee, you’ll get a better cup at half the price at the gas station across the street. Update: must’ve been an off day or something. Tried it one more time, much better.
I got a small iced caramelicious. It was decent, but it was $5.45 which I thought was a bit overpriced. Service was not very good it took about 10 minutes for us to just get to order and then another at least 15 minutes to actually get the drink. What if rated a lot better if they are just moved quicker!
Best coffee period, so far it's been always fresh without that burnt coffee pot taste.
My new favorite coffee shop. Awesome, super quick service with a smile! Why I love Scooters: -Great service with SMILES from everyone: All Scooters are drive thru only. There are outside tables at the Plymouth location that you can sit at outside to enjoy your food & drinks. They are super fast in preparing your order but they do not forget about great customer service while doing so- they are helpful if you have questions, they can customize your drinks & order to your specifications. And I have to mention again that EVERYONE who works there greets you with a smile and is super kind! You can tell it's a good company to work for with all those happy people. - Great coffee: I've had their black coffee which is hot and flavorful, unlike the burnt taste you get at other places. Their matcha tea (hot and iced) is awesome. - Great food: I had waffle sausage breakfast sandwich which was hot and tasty, the cinnamon roll which was great. Thanks Scooter's for coming to our area & being so awesome!!
Overall coffee was very good just a little disappointed in the mobile ordering experience. You order through the mobile app and they start making the coffee when you get there, you still have to wait in the drive thru and wait for your coffee to be prepared. I’m not sure what the benefit is, you might as well just order when you get there. The point of mobile orders are for people who are in a hurry and need to quickly grab something in transit this system does not accomplish that.
Pretty good drive-thru coffee. Very nice staff. Very quick line to get through. The cinnamon rolls are really good and are warmed up.
Great service and coffee drinks, however when I tried the strawberry açaí quencher with lemonade… I don’t think they put lemonade in or didn’t put enough of it because it literally tastes like robitussin. : ( I’ve ordered a total of 3 times and 2/3 times, sadly my drink wasn’t correct (ordered a raspberry infusion booster, received a prickly pear one that was still drank because I want to try all the flavors). Nonetheless, I’ll stick to their coffee drinks for the time being.
I really hope they do a good business as their cost overruns building on that property had to be enormous.
Got the Blue Raspberry Energy drink. I had to go back for a 2nd.
Love the atmosphere and how friendly the workers are! The coffee was delicious, I recommend the iced caramel latte for a warm summer's day.
