Since opening this has been my usual location. Past two weeks drinks were bad. Not made correctly as I always order the same thing. This week went to the North Muskegon location but they didn’t give me the Wednesday BOGO. 😩😢
Did not get what I ordered. The girl would not come back to the window or look at me for me to tell her.

Love biggby, but who doesn't? When in Michigan, do as the locals do. And in the summer time, always get your latte frozen. Edit: they have been doing so good lately on the vegan options lately. I was really sad for a while because they were putting cream cheese on the vegan bragel that I had developed a complex. But I haven't had that in quite a while and feel much better and relieved. And they're so fast and kind. Thank you for all your hard work and service. I see you! 🖤🖤🖤
has a large variety of drinks, cold hot, fruit beverages.. at peak times expect to wait in the Drive-Thru 5 to 10 minutes. Some people try to go in and beat the rush. Wide variety of drinks. They're trying to make more food to compete with other coffee shops. They do have donut holes that my little guys like, they do have a vegan sausage sandwich and they do have some bagels and muffins but the variety is limited. If I'm going to eat breakfast and want coffee it would not be my choice. If I needed something quick to eat I would make the exception. The staff and all the locations are very very friendly... And during those peak times early mornings, lunch times mid shift after work you could spend 10 to 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru waiting. Overall it is one of my favorite coffee places...
it was sour and it tasted too much black coffe and the only thing was good was the whip cream and the carmel and next time im going to mcdonalds or startbucks 1/10 must not try again

I’ve never had problems with Biggby before. I’ve been getting the same drink for the last year and a half approximately from multiple different locations. This is the first time, that I have had this problem. I ordered a mocktail with lemonade and strawberry syrup, no ice. They gave it to me only 3/4 of the way full. I’m not a fan of ice, but I also order it with no ice so you get more. Don’t know if Biggby decided to change their policy on no ice drinks, but to me this is ridiculous. I’m amazed that the cashier handed me the drink looking like this and thought it was acceptable enough to go out the window. If this happens again to me I won’t be using Biggby anymore. I’ll just make the mocktail myself at home, it’s cheaper anyways

Review for Biggby on Henry Street in Muskegon, MI. Waited twenty minutes (total) for wrong order and had to leave. Lots of confusion.
This particular biggbys isn’t making the drinks right, they taste awful. I keep going back hoping they learn how to make the drinks right like the one in Ludington, MI but nope still nasty.
The coffee is good. Service is friendly. The only problem is sometimes it is slow due to a small staff. But I also understand that right now it's hard to keep employees, so I can't really blame them for that too much.

I usually love Biggby, however on my last visit, I was disgusted when the girl went to give me my beverage and handled the unwrapped straw by holding it on the part that my mouth would go on. With everything going on health wise, I was shocked. Needless to say, my safety prevents me from going back. This and me observing them touching the lip of coffee cups as they put the ring around the cups. Do better Biggby. That's unhygienic and nasty.
Slow slow slow. All for a lukewarm black coffee made out of three old pots of different roasts. Terrible!
Love there coffee, don't mind paying for the flaver or the excellent service. Still expensive!
Everytime I go to this specific biggby they mess up my order. Waste of money never going there again.
