Got an Americano and a puppy whip for my dog, he LOVED it. Employees were friendly
I’m from NC and we come up to Michigan once a year and we only come to this one because the service is absolutely amazing! the coffee’s are always the same and they always ask about coupons or try and get you the best deal possible! the workers are always very friendly and are very quick!

Second time I have ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich and it was totally frozen in the middle Don't have time to take it back when so I wait in line and go through so I won't be going there unfortunately again the people are lovely but that's a lot of money for a sandwich that has never right
Excellent customer service! Everytime I come to this Biggby the employees are nothing but kind and happy! At the drive thru today they accidentally gave me a medium instead of a large and I called and they made me another drink super quickly!
It's okay. Not sure when Biggby got so expensive? Service was okay and chai was good. Nothing special.

I can only have decaf. After repeating the order 3 times, they still had to remake it because they did not use decaf.

This use to be our go to BIGGBY location for years. Ever since COVID, the service has fallen off and the prices have increased 50%. The previous half dozen visits our orders have been incorrect. When we bring it to the stores attention, we are only given attitude and flack for not getting a simple drink order correct.
The staff are absolutely wonderful! Friendly, kind, upbeat, and helpful. You can tell they like what they do and making people happy. The drinks and food are tastily perfect, and if something isn’t right, they happily correct it. They are so respectful and costumer focused. They go above and beyond. I love hanging out here while knitting or catching up with a friend. 5 stars for great staff, great drinks, great food, great value, and great atmosphere! You won’t be disappointed.
When going through drive thru many of the cashier's stick out the machine through the window and you have to select a tip or no tip in front of their faces in order to pay. I find that rude and not going back.

Drinks are hit or miss and sometimes bad
We waited in drive threw over 20min before our order was taken. There was only 1 car ahead of us...and car ahead of us....only had 1 drink also. On top of that, the server had audacity, to get a tone with me

Switched from Starbucks to biggby because of this location and the people who work at it. It doesn’t matter what time of the day it is this team always has positive and contagious energy. Thank you for always asking if I want my free shot on Free Shot Friday’s!
I visit the drive thru 4 -5 times per week. Honestly, I could find more affordable coffee elsewhere but the staff at the E. Howell location keep me coming back for more. The coffee's always tasty but all the employees treat us like family. They're struggling with staffing issues like everyone is these days which makes it even more impressive that they keep that drive thru moving smoothly and quickly. I don't know how they do it, but we're always met with a friendly smile, a "cookie" for my dog, and a tasty drink. Our trip to Biggby is the highlight of my dog's day. If it's good enough for my dog, it's good enough for me.
Staff and Manager are so friendly and happy. Love this store in particular!!
