Always a good experience at any Biggby I stop at.
Staff is friendly and the coffee is hot
The coffee was okay. Service was fine, they weren't real friendly but they weren't rude either either. The atmosphere seems like it's starting to decline.
**UPDATE: they now have the vegan bragel 🥹 used to go to biggby almost every morning- I recently moved to this area, and they don’t have the vegan bragel at this location /: they actually don’t have ANY vegan food options, which in 2022 is very disappointing.
Too many young employees that don’t know The recipes to their drinks and always mess them up. I ordered a drink that was supposed to get two espresso shots, which didn’t even go into my drink and I watch from A-Z. Then when I called her out on it she went ahead and did something even more dumb instead of remaking my drink. I given this place so many chances, but I’m so over it. Do not go to this location horrible
1st time there. Stood and waited 15 minutes for a regular coffee while they made drinks for every other person behind me first. So frustrating. Was late for work, won't be back.

Biggby coffee is a small independent company with dozens of franchiseholders around Metro Detroit who independently own and operate their locations. The high school kids that work there do a reasonable job of delivering decent hot & cold/frozen coffee drinks in a variety of flavors. This is a place that has minimal food (muffins & cookies) & atmosphere. I presume that they have WiFi as I see people on their laptops. I ordered a large Peppermint Mocha Latte, frozen, approximately 24 Oz. My bill came to $7.94, which is on par with a venti Starbucks. I find that the coffee is not as strong as their competitor, but it is smooth. Coffee drinks aside, this chain needs to offer more pastries (like Dunkin) or higher quality finger food.
The barista's are always super nice. Even when I can't make up my mind.
I'm getting really irritated with biggby. I come here for the bragels and NOBODY makes them the same. Why anyone would think someone wants a warmed up bagel with cold meat and cold cheese on it?! Is it not supposed to be heated entirely? I mean if it's supposed to be cold at least make a disclaimer that it's not a hot breakfast sandwich. Again, not sure who would want that or why but I do keep getting them so 🤷🏼♀️ oh and you can try to call about it once you're done driving to your destination, but they won't answer. 🙃

I don't drink coffee, was riding with a friend. Caffeine is not good for ppl, there are too many health hurtful coffee places around
