Got a Nitro Cold Brew with foam and it came out like this. Unfortunately, I drove around with the coffee in my cup holder before I noticed.
The absolute best customer service and by far the tastiest coffee around!
The Turtle Latte is delicious! I realize they need a little room for the whipped cream but they need to be a little more when you order a specific size (missing a couple ounces 😆)
I always leave a $5 tip for a $4 coffee, however, today 4/18 The 2 girls taking my order were laughing before asking my order very unprofessional. They are usually quick. I literally sat there while No One was before me or behind me And the girl taken the money stood by the window with my hot coffee in her hand and kept talking to her employee friends instead Of handing me my coffee.

These guys just gave my niece's school $1000. I didn't know Scooter's Coffee existed, but I'm always looking for local coffeehouses and know where I'll be paying a visit next!
I'll admit, I'm gonna be a tough sell. I am a business owner, so I like to support other Michigan businesses. The coffee place up the street that originated in East Lansing has had my heart, and my business, since my college days. I looked up the history of Scooter's, and I like the farmer direct trade concept, so I decided to make my first stop. The person taking my order was cheerful. I said "Welcome to the neighborhood" and told her it's my first visit. She was pleasant and patient as I deliberated my options. When I got to the window, service was fairly quick, which is appreciated, but the coffee cup was the wrong size. I said no matter, as long as I only paid for what I got; they confirmed that I had indeed paid for a larger size. The error was corrected fairly quickly. I wasn't upset, stuff happens, and there's always the place up the street ha ha! But seriously, as I continued on my way, it did not take long and the beautiful aroma of fresh coffee filled the cab of my truck. It was delightful. It was different. I enjoyed that cup of coffee (well, eventually both of them LOL) and I'm pretty sure I'll stop by again some time.

Stellar customer service and coffee to match! This place is pumping out consistently fabulous drinks. You would miss it if you weren't looking for it, but once you find it and taste their perfectly crafted drinks, you'll make this a daily stop instead of the other inconsistent coffee places. You won't regret checking this place out.

Really nice staff, lady taking my order was awesome. Iced Coffee was great too. Had the Sausage Maple Waffle sandwich, pretty good.
I ordered a vanilla cold brew with sweet foam. The vanilla sweet foam is literally half of the drink and it’s warm foam not to mention vanilla is sitting under the coffee not stirred. On the positive side they have good brewed hot coffee.
Coffee great! The staff is so kind and friendly! I would say to avoid the food tho not the greatest it’s all premade and just warmed up like Starbucks. But the coffee speaks for itself ☺️
