They make a very excellent coffee. Flat-white and cortado are delicious!
Fast & friendly service. The interior is well decorated. I recommend their half & half, maple flavoured iced coffee, it had a distinct and pleasant taste.
They take great care and pride in their espresso drinks. Highly recommend.

The Roos Roast Liberty staff are always so pleasant! They have a great selection of beans for purchase and will offer to grind them if you need. The breakfast burritos are a great option for something on the go. Amazing local coffee & one of my fave A2 shops.
Great coffee, nice atmosphere
Spent a weekend in Ann Arbor recently and my wife and I tried many coffee shops. RoosRoast was hands down the best we went to. Friendly and quick service, fun atmosphere, and delicious drinks that we could tell were crafted with care. Highly recommend!
The coffee itself was pretty good. The service was incredible though and the atmosphere is so fun. It's a great place to go in the morning to feel energized.
Popped in here for the fist time today for a quick hot drink and everyone was SO nice!! When I told the barista it was my first time in i’ve genuinely never seen someone so excited that i stopped by! She got me a punch card! Also i had the best chai latte I've ever had in the states! Will definitely be back!!
No place to sit inside. Cashier looked very upset with us trying to decide.
If you ever visit Ann Arbor, I highly recommend paying @roosroast a visit! It’s been so many years since I’ve been in town, and even after having lots of great coffee in different cities, I still really liked it here! Loved the new (?) interior and the baristas were super nice. Of course I gotta support this local coffee shop!

What a gem of a local coffee shop! Not very roomy if you're looking to park for a while, but there are some spots. Outdoor seating as well. Some of the customers can be rude in where and how they stand while waiting, so wear your patience hat.
Loved this little quaint coffee shop, it stood out from ALL the rest and it didn't disappoint. Perfectly sweetened lattes and a great atmosphere. Would for sure stop again.
I've worked in the area for a while and been here multiple times with coworkers etc. The staff is friendly and the vibe is nice. A lot of people LOVE the coffee here, but for whatever reason I just dont enjoy the coffee. It just tastes totally meh to me and I have coworkers/friends who agree the coffee tastes kinda bad to them. It is definitely worth trying this place out for the coffee I suppose - see if it is your style! The breakfast burrito was like something microwaved out of the freezer aisle :/ would not recommend.
