The staff is so incredibly kind! They even came out with water and a pup cup when they noticed we were outside with our dog. Highly recommend! .
Super friendly, informative about the area. Coffee is to die for. Exceedingly clean. If you want good affordable coffer, ignore the starbucks across the street and head inside.
I got the most delicious chai latte here. The staff was friendly and informative. As a tourist, they had recommendations for where we should visit in the area. Even beyond their mission, they are incredible. Clean, comfortable, and delicious.

Wonderful atmosphere and employees. Will definitely go back. Love their philosophy and everyone in the store made me smile. I had an iced tea chai latte that was delicious.

We can't say enough about our experience at Bitty and Beau's! Not only do we love the mission of the company, but the coffee and atmosphere were wonderful. We had such a great time chatting with the warm and friendly staff and appreciated their kind and attentive service. It's a must visit anytime we are in Ann Arbor.

Wow! This is a must stop in Ann Arbor. I have no idea why people would be going to big coffee chains while they have this amazing coffee shop to stop in at. My daughter and I were touring Michigan and had a short time between tours so need a quick snack. We ordered muffins and coffee and they were the best muffins that I have ever tasted. Homemade and delicious. The coffee was amazing as well. Bathroom clean. Service quick. The best part was the employees though - so friendly. We will make this a stop whenever we are in AA. The construction is hurting their business, so please go out of your way to support them!!

How could ANYONE say something negative about this place? Certainly Not! In fact, I've had one of the best almond milk lattes of my Life here. Skip the Starbucks.

Highly recommend!! KC and Angela were excellent baristas. We ordered the Strawberry Mocha special and a caramel macchiato. It was way better than the place across the street. And the service was so friendly and inviting. The rice crispy treats tasted fresh and yummy. I would absolutely return and recommend to support their mission and check out the specials they are brewing.
