We absolutely LOVE stopping by here for our coffee! 🥰 We think it's way better than Starbucks and WAY more affordable. ❤️ After a stretch of night shifts working at Motts, this is our spot to get a great cup of coffee! We love the workers too, they are wonderful people! ❤️
Love this place! Perfectly convenient stop when I need a pick-me-up while out running errands or before a road trip. The prices are very reasonable and I've never had a drink I didn't like. You have to visit their website for a full list of the syrup options available but it's worth doing so, because the list is EXTENSIVE. I'm also partial to this place because my fiancé and I got engaged in the drive-through. The staff here and current manager made the moment extremely special, they were so kind and thoughtful. Can't thank them enough!
Great coffee friendly barista, slightly awkward location but follow the signs and it works well. However we went on a Tuesday afternoon not busy at all but they were getting deliveries so it blocked all the drive throughs, no big deal it was nice out and we walked up but just found it weird especially since we watched other people turn away because of it
Good staff that quickly remembered my order since i go once a week. Also quick and friendly
The employees pick and choose the order in which they serve the line up of cars. I waited almost 10 minutes for my turn just for the employee to take a car that just pulled up. Terrible customer service with mediocre carafe coffee that may or may not be hot and fresh.
Solid quick coffee, not the best coffee in Ann Arbor if you are a coffee connoisseur

The coffee and pastry from here was great! They also gave our puppy a nice treat, and we didn’t even ask 😊.

The Baristas are wonderful, and are always with a smile. The coffee and drinks are especially delicious.

Nice little drive thru coffee shop coffee was excellent
Love love love their coffee! We were in Ann Arbor for a football game and went there twice. I had the Cinnamon Dutch Apple Pie latte special of the day (perfect fall drink) and the Karamel Kodiak latte. Both were amazing. Highly recommend!!
This is a cute drive thru coffee shop on a busy intersection. The staff are very kind and prompt.
I went there for the first time this week and I pulled up into the strange drive thru and was waiting there not knowing what to do or how to order. Employees keep looking out at me in the drive thru and never came out until I asked them if I'm in the right place to order. There was no one else ahead of me and no other people around. I understand if it gets busy but I was alone. I asked for extra ice in my Americano and they didn't add it, I wanted more half and half so they put it in a cup, charged me for it, but didn't tell me there was a charge for it (let people know, it's not difficult). The Americano tasted subpar and was watery. For over $5, it wasn't worth it. I will not be back.

Their drinks are good and the Bearcats delicious, but their system is all disorganized. On multiple occasions we have waited 30+ minutes only for the servers to go to the cars that had behind us and either pulled in the other lane next to us or were actually still behind us. Just happened today, not just with the car that came behind us, but the car that came behind them, too. I guess our car is invisible? I understand that they are understaffed, but how do you skip over a customer to the point that the two cars that came behind them left with their orders before we placed and received our order? Also, other customers, maybe do the polite thing and point out other people were here before you. At the time of writing this, it's been 31 minutes and we still don't have our order and a 3rd car is now being assisted. We did point this out to an employee who didn't apologize, just said "We're really busy in the mornings". We'll still come back because the only other drive-thru alternative is Starbucks and that's yuck.
