We will not be back to Sarah's. My husband and I were on a road trip from Buffalo, NY. We stopped at a bakery very near by which we spent nearly $100. and decided to pop in for a cheesecake. We felt very uncomfortable and the people behind the counter seemed unapproachable. We just chalked it up to not being a regular. Please stop by the bakery, they were amazing. I am sorry I didn't read reviews first.

I started coming to this lovely place after moving here and it has become my go-to place for breakfast and lunch whenever I feel like getting out of the house. Their breakfast sandwiches are legitimately the best I've ever had around here and their lunch sandwiches are to die for, especially the "Hot Tom." I love their baked goods too, with their muffins and eclairs being my personal favorites. They had apple muffins once too and they were well worth the try. I decided to try their hummus and pretzels recently, and Katrina was super nice and helpful, she told me about the flavors they have and made a suggestion on the flavor to try. She was even kind enough to quickly whip up some more hummus of the suggested flavor when it turned out there was none left with the rest. The staff are always friendly and I love getting to chat with them whenever I go in, they make me feel welcome and it's super nice being recognized when I stop in, it shows that they actually care about their customers. Edit: Their apple crumble pie is absolutely amazing, too!

After a leisurely ride from CT to Pittsfield, MA, we needed a Pit (sfield) stop, including a nice beverage. We were delighted to find Sarah's Cheesecakes & Cafe in the same strip mall as our favorite bakery (Berkshire Mountain Bakery)--which was the main reason for the 3 hour RT. What a delightful serendipity to find this little gem. We did indulge in a generous slice of 3-layer cheesecake--regular, butterscotch and chocolate layers. What's not to love about that!! Katrina was the perfect hostess--really our counter person, but we felt like we were so welcome. Her sunny smile on a gray day was alone something we really appreciated. We won't hesitate to make this a regular stop on our semi-annual jaunts to Pittsfield, where we may have to try Kahlua cheesecake next time. Five stars means they do everything right.

My husband was able to get a custom order diabetic friendly cheesecake for me from here since I have gestational diabetes. It was very nice of the owner to be accommodating in that way, and as a bonus the cheesecake was so delicious!

Some of the best coffee we've ever had, better than the house blend at the late 59'ers Cafe in West Hartford, which was our previous gold standard. Friendly staff, inexpensive. Muffins and baked goods are excellent as well. Not really the type of place to sit and hang out at, more of a grab and go.

Lovely, and delicious cake and cupcakes for my grandsons Birthday. Love Sarah and her whole family. I remember when her kids were babies. Now they work with their mom now! Lovely family, great food, even better desserts.
