The vibes of this place are great but this was the first latte I’ve had in years that tasted burned.

Food here was excellent. I had the pulled pork burrito and it was so dang fresh and tasty. My girlfriend had the avocado toast with an over easy egg and that was perfection. I know because I ate half of it! Managed a place myself like this before, breakfast/brunch/lunch, order at the counter, take a number and have a seat. They are definitely doing things right.

Wonderful local coffee shop. Delicious coffee and a great selection of breakfast items and baked goods. Cute nook filled with merchandise and local art on display.

It has a very cool hipster vibe. Nice chill and relaxing. I had a great caramel latte. I'm born and raised in Pittsfield and this was my first time coming here. I'll be back again soon.

My favorite little coffee shop in Pittsfield! Jess and Mike and all the staff are absolutely wonderful.

They use way above average dark beans for espresso, latte etc... The food is also above average where you can point at just about anything and it will be good. The staff are very polite and knowledgeable. Atmosphere is artistic along with curated yard sale. There is always a room-filling single artist installation. Frequent, excellent entertainment. Prices are reasonable for this level of quality and service. Peak times can result in a longish wait at the register but it's worth it. Pay close attention to the parking meter situation. It's cheap but the city is militant about giving tickets. There is a large free parking lot round the corner on N Pearl St. Metered parking is free on weekends.

It's self service for the most part with you ordering, paying and then receiving a number to display at your table. But the food is excellent as is the coffee! Parking can be a challenge but there is a free public lot next to the building if you feel lucky. Very cool, upbeat diner!

Hands down the best coffee shop in the city. Quality coffee, wonderful vibes. North Street wouldn’t be the same without Dotties

Note that the caramel used in the lattes contains dairy, otherwise, non-dairy options are available.

Cozy and inviting space. Place your order with the cashier, find a table and they'll bring you your food and coffee. The coffee is delicious and there's a lot of options. We enjoyed the food and the fresh fruit in the fruit salad was fantastic.

Staying at the Hotel on North in late October we "discovered" Dottie's out first morning. The hotel has no breakfast options so we explored. We ate at Dottie's the entire week. As newbies we learned like everyone else that you grab a menu as you enter, order food at the register, take your number and find a table. The coffee is from a local roaster and is delicious! Both dark and light roasts. Coffee is self service unless you are getting an espresso or other barista made drink. The food is varied, well prepared and delicious. Particular favorites were the oatmeal (especially with Bear Butter), lox and bagels, egg sandwiches and the oddly compelling Barbershop Breakfast sandwich (pictured) - trust them as the menu says.

Amazing! Perfect! Little coffee shop menu is eclectic. Coffee bar is top-notch. Seating and vibe feel very reminiscent of a college age throwback in a '90s and I mean that in a good way. It's just a very relaxing setting. You order your food And they give you a number you go and find your seat and then you relax and do what you need to do. Multiple people were in there catching up on work on their laptops. A few others were studying. The music is relaxing and soothing. The healthy Elvis was excellent! Drinks were top-notch. The avocado toast with fried eggs was also wonderful. One thing that definitely stood out was the whole grain bread. So delicious! Make sure you stop by when in town. We hit several shops, coffee shops, bars, restaurants while in the area and Dottie's was the best

Really tasty coffee! Ordered a latte and it was super. Went on a Sunday morning and it was slammed! Expect to wait 30 minutes after ordering to get your coffee.
