My least favorite of all the “local” SFCR. Selection very limited, extremely cramped, cream/sugar table usually not well stocked and very messy. Drinks aren’t as good as they could be.

Just look at this sandwich, the Northampton. Their coffee is the best coffee in western New England, the food is delicious. Never go to Dunkin Donuts again please.

I drive a total of 45 minutes to get shelburne falls usually once or twice a week. A nice latte with a hadley sandwich is delicious.

Extremely inconsistent in every way. Sometimes it's delicious. Sometimes you get ripped off with a dry sandwich missing the condiments. They will also charge you for every item that they left off without refunding you. Plus, if they're out of something, they'll just give you the cheapest and most bland option rather than bothering to call and ask if it's okay to change the order. Not to mention that they keep snapping up local coffee shops and butchering the quality. See Tart, Northampton Coffee, Catalpa, Greenfield Coffee. Rather than provide quality, they're just buying the competition, Wal-Mart style.

Not all Shelburne Falls locations are created equal. But this one! This one is EXCELLENT. I am never disappointed and, let me tell you, I am picky with my espresso drinks. And by that I mean you need to know how to make a proper espresso drink. Which is pretty uncommon. My espresso drink of choice is a Mocha Latte: espresso, steamed milk, chocolate of some sort. It is extremely difficult to find a quality Mocha. But THIS King Street Shelburne Falls makes an EXCELLENT Mocha. I live in Vermont and if I am heading on 91 past Northampton during Shelburne Farms' business hours I am getting myself a Mocha! I tried ordering if a few different ways. The "perfect" Mocha is a Medium because the balance between espresso, chocolate and milk is perfect. You can taste the espresso AND the chocolate. You also need to use a quality chocolate in a Mocha. I don't actually know what chocolate they use here, but it's perfect. Not too sweet, but enough chocolate. (I don't like sweet. I'm not looking for a dessert type beverage in my Mocha. I don't go to Starbucks. Ever. ) My order is a Medium Mocha, whole milk, no whipped cream, extra hot. It is ALWAYS perfection. If I wanted a "larger drink" I Just order two. Because it's like baking. Sometimes you can't just "double" a recipe. You know? I have the Shelburne Falls app. Which I LOVE!!! It is so incredibly useful. Because I am always on way down from Vermont to Connecticut to see my parents or heading back north. When I get close to the exit I place my order. I pull in, pick up my beverage, back in my car and on the highway. PERFECT. I also often get a bagel. Look. I live in Vermont. We don't have bagels. We don't have anything like Shelburne Falls. There are 2 places within half an hour of my home where I will get a Mocha. That's it. If I am within easy striking distance of Shelburne Falls King Street I'M GETTING A MOCHA!! Before I discovered the app I would order in the store. So I've interacted with a wide variety of people h

Breakfast sandwiches and drip coffee are very good, and I think that’s what most people stick to here. That is the smart choice. I want to love this place, but my experiences getting espresso here have been…strange. Today, I ordered a simple latte there. It took a weirdly long time to make, and when I got it, it was lukewarm at best. I mentioned this to the barista, and their solution was to put the whole latte under the milk steamer for about 30 seconds. When I got it back, it was indeed warm, but it had a burned/dirty water taste that was so overwhelming that I had to throw the whole drink out after two sips. Unfortunately, every espresso drink I’ve ever had there has been mediocre in some way. Stick to the drip and sandwiches, and you’ll be happy! Also, I wish they’d stop using the worst brand of oat milk out there and use something a little better - there are so many tastier, cheap brands!

I am rewriting my bad review because this company listened to my feedback and improved an issue. It doesn't get better than that! My original issue was related to service and the app. The food has always been top notch, though a bit greasy at times.

These folks are great as well. I've only had the coffee and it takes me 10 minutes to choose between all of the great options.

Now that I’ve been through every available coffee flavor, I can confirm they’re all amazing! They special drinks are great as well. Also good for getting whole bean or ground coffee as gifts.

I had an interview scheduled for this location via zoom. The person I believe the interview with whom it was going to be conducted by was a women named Kelsey. Apparently they sent me emails leading up to the day of the interview. Last one I received was yesterday with Email link for zoom. I confirmed that i would be attending for 11 a.m. this morning. This morning when I clicked on the link it asked for a meeting passcode, so i went back to the email to see if it was listed to type it in and it wasn't. So i tried to email the sender back and apparently where the email came from with the link for the zoom the address was do not reply etc. So then I went through the other emails and was able to find the number then listed for me to call after I had filled out the application and the number was no longer in service. So I called the king St location they gave me the Hadley locations number and the women samantha there reached out to Kelsey. Kelsey then sent me an email telling me I should have received the email on the 7th. And of course they sent two emails one which did not include the useful information needed. The email that had the email with the passcode and meeting I.d. was in the spam folder. So I screen shooted the email and sent it to Kelsey and her response was. Thank you for you efforts we are going to move on a different direction. So I asked if there was someone over her that I can speak to and she didn't respond. Very unprofessional. One person who can make a bad reputation for business purposes. Very unfortunate. Now I understand why they may have the reviews they do.

Got the thanksgiving dinner sandwich which was perfect but then the triple berry smoothie which was 7$ small was a big waste of money. The drink just tasted like sweet milk.
