Best coffee in Newburyport!
Friendly and helpful baristas, massive variety of hot and cold teas/coffees and lattes. They have a spring themed list of Lattes and if you're ever unsure of which latte to order, just ask for the "JustInDecisive". That's what happened to me and the girls surprised me with the French Toast iced latte. Idk how they did it but I LOVE French Toast flavored coffees. My fiancé ordered the spring bash something iced latte, and it was lavender flavored. Not my cup of tea (hehe) but she really liked it!

Was in the area to catch sunrise, and was really glad to have found this store open at such an early hour. Nice coffee, but wish they had breakfast/ brunch food options.
Came in for hot drink, got a good hot drink. Location was clean and fun looking, staff was nice. What's more to say!

The coffee at PICR just isn't great. The reason I'm reviewing though is that I'm hearing the management isn't treating its young employees super well - firing well-meaning and hard-working teens via text. Please be more respectful of your employees, especially young ones who are working their first or second job.
Staff is adequate. BUT, my large $5 mocha was only filled about 2/3 full. And they don't accept Google pay. And after paying with a credit card, the guy flipped the screen around so I could "complete the transaction". I'm not about to be pressured into tipping for a $5 coffee, which they're just setting on the counter in front of me! Rude to put customers in that position.
Avoid. The person in charge was more interested in talking on the phone with her boyfriend than in preparing my coffee. She took, without exaggeration, 40 minutes to prepare 2 iced coffees and a matcha. To make things worse, she gave me my coffee with a loose lid, and I ended up getting coffee all over me. I really like supporting local businesses, but in this case, just walk 50 steps to Starbucks.

The staff were super happy and kind!! The service was wonderful. Extremely quick despite lots of customers in line. I had the flower patch latte and it was so so good. 🤍🤍 Definitely try them
Slow service and still got the wrong coffee.
Very horrible service and grumpy staff. Waited 20+ minutes for a latte and reflected multiple times that other customers that ordered after us had already gotten their order to get the same response of "I'm working on it". Clearly do not prioritize their orders based on the time it's received. And the latte was extremely milky .... Not worth the wait
I did a mobile.order for two iced coffees and arrived 10 minutes after my order. They were it ready upon arrival, so I went inside and was ignored. Multiple other customers came in and go drinks, then left. I waited for 45 minutes! I left without my coffee, a refund, or any acknowledgement. Super frustrating.
