Best bagels all around
Place looked spacey but was very busy, people standing around waiting for their food everywhere. Place seemed unorganized. Food and drink were okay.
Tandem bagels is my equivalent to, say, Einstein's bagels. Tandem is a cut above Breuggers, also, in that their bagels are fresher and made locally. The ownership and staff are capable of making all the same bagel sandwiches you would expect from a high-production bagel shop. There's a twist, though. Tandem is local and fresh and clean, and at the completion of your order, you know you got the best product for your money, knowing also that your money stays local and isn't siphoned through a chain to some CEO out if state. When I get a dozen bagels from Tandem, at least one bagel never makes it home, they are so tasty!!! I couldn't say that about the other bagel shops. My bagel sandwich choices are always meticulously made to order. And I always walk away happy. I am grateful with the speed, accuracy, and efficiency, as well as generosity and care that the staff at Tandem give to their customers. Great place to grab food to go, pre-order, or stop in to sit socially distanced. Tandem's signage and floor markings make getting their bagels and foods easy, and feel both safe and healthy. I continue to have an excellent experience at their Hadley branch. I give Tandem five stars for being an awesome successful local business!!! Was delightfully surprised by Tandem Bagel Co. The food was great and I had to get a second bagel when I was there since the first was so yummy. The coffee was very hot and tasty too. Hubby had their breakfast wrap and raved. This will be our new go to. BTW, it was busy but the food came quickly.

Tandem has great food. The bagels are some of the best around. The sandwiches are my favorite. The only bad thing about tandem: My wife and my friends tell me the coffee is awful. I don't drink coffee, so I couldn't tell you.

Very busy here but the food was delicious. Couldn't try any lattes because the machine was down but the cold brew was great!
Got standard bagel and cream cheese and coffee. Very good.
Home run! Pumpernickel bagel with chive cream cheese was amazing and my daughter loved her Tamdem Pizza Bagel. Topped with great coffee, this place rules. Stop on in!

Their drinks (teas & coffee) are very good. Seasonal oatmeal is good. It’s m $1.85 to add on ham to an egg sandwich- they didn’t put any ham on it. Place is large and clean.
